CONSTRUCTION OF 2 NOS F TYPE QUARTER BUILDING FOR (PEON AND CLERK) AT BANSPAL FOR R.W DIVISION BANSPAL FOR THE YEAR 2024-25.

Earthwork in excavation of foundation in hard soil with all leads and lifts including dressing the sides and levelling the bed of the foundation including cost of all labour required for the work etc. complete with all other machineries required for the work and stacking the excavated materials away from the working area as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including 1% Cess.

Supplying and filling foundation and plinth with sand well watered & rammed with cost, conveyance, royalty and taxes of all materials labour required for the work as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge including royalty of materials including 1% Cess.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) in foundation with 4cm nominal size of crusher broken hard granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, and laying in postition in layers not exceeding 150mm. thick with proper packing and ramming to proper slope and level including watering, curing with cost, conveyance, royality, taxes, labour, T&P and all other materials required for the work, finishing the exposed surface smooth, providing grooves and beads where ever necessary etc. complete in all respect as per the specification and including 1% cess as per direction of the Engineer-in-Charge

Brick work with Fly ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 Kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum.

R.C.C. work of M-25 grade with 20mm and down grade black hard granite (crusher broken) of approved quality and from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying and compacting concrete watering, and curing for four weeks finishing the exposed surface and ceiling smooth, providing grooves or beads where necessary including cost, conveyance royalties and taxes of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect but excluding the cost of M.S. rods or Tor steel and binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending, binding etc. of the M.S. rods or tor steel and binding wires and tying the grills and placing in proper position in all floors.as per the specification and direction of the EIC.
