SPL REPAIR FOR REPLACEMENT OF BER TRANSFORMERS (9 NOS) AGAINST BER BY COMPACT SUB STATION AT ARMY AREA UNDER GE (A) UTILITY JODHPUR

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV Compact Sub Station of rating 100 KVA, outdoor type complete as comprising of the following:- (a) Step down transformer, indoor type, 11/0.433 KV, dry type, including off load tap changer, copper wound, vector group DYN11 with minimum insulation class F, conform to IS:2026 and all as specified in particular specification. (b) HT side : 11 KV VCB 630A, 350MVA, horizontal draw out type including all literature manual, 230V AC motor operated spring charging mechanism with 110V DC closing/opening shunt trip coils, Auxiliary switch, mechanical on/off push button and mechanical operating counter and including of 3 phase cast resin type PT having ratio : 11KV/110V, accuracy class 0.5, 100VA with HT primary fuse set. and CT, cast rasin ratio : 20-10/5-5A, accuracy class 0.5 / 5P10, burden 15VA, protection, indication and metering devices complete all as specified in particular specification. (c) LT side : 4 pole MCCB magnetic release based with over current and short circuit protection, indication and metering devices complete all as specified in particular specification. Note : (i) The cost of foundation and plinth as recommended by manufacturer is deemed to be included in quoted rate.

All as above item No. 1 but capacity of CSS of rating 160 KVA.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrodes 600mmx600mmx6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to galvanised iron earthing strip 32mm x6mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point and 150 mm homogeneous layer of charcoal and salt all around earth plate electrode as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata incl PCC chamber in (1:2:4) PCC with 20 mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 75 mm thick with handle incl 10 mm dia bars reinforcement 100 mm C/C, duly engraving /marking of earth and painting of earth results etc. all as specified and directed . including charcoal , salt, funnel, complete all as specified and directed.

Earthing complete with copper earth plate electrodes 300mmx300mmx3.15 mm thick buried directly in ground earth (earth pit not less 2.25 m deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less then 1.5 mtr below normal ground level connected to copper earthing strip 20mm x3mm thick by means of bolt nuts check nuts and washers of brass /cadmium plated all as specified & shown in electrical plate No.3 of MES SSR part-I 2009 connected to earth test point as specified and testing on completion including provision of 40 mm dia light grade pipe up to 7.5 mtr length as protection & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade including all excavation & earth work in any type of strata PCC chamber in (1:2:4) PCC with 20 mm graded stone aggregate, RCC cover 75 mm thick with handle incl 10 mm dia bars reinforcement 100 mm C/C, duly engraving /marking of earth and painting of earth results etc. all as specified and directed . including charcoal , salt, funnel, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, fixing and lay in replacement of XLPE insulated , screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable heavy duty with aluminium conductor HT 11 KV (E) volts grade cross sectional 95 sqm mm 3.0 core, laid in trenches/ducts /encased in GI pipe /fixed to pole including taking out of existing unserviceable OH conductor all as specified and directed.

Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in any type of soil and site clearance in soft and loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m in depth for laying of cable and foundation in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soil/rock) and depositing at a distance not exceeding 50m where complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm including spreading, leveling and watering complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to underground cable 8cm below the cable and 15cm above cable, spreading, leveling ad hand punned down complete all as specified and directed. Note : sand to be filled 23cm and carefully punned to 18 cm thickness. Punned thickness will be measured for the purpose of payment

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1, flat size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm and abutting each other with gap between adjacent precast concrete cable cover not exceeding 10 mm over underground cables for protection complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement of GI tubing of size 100 mm light grade (ISI marked) with all fitting/accessories for protection of cable on pole/wall including claps, nut bolt etc all as specified and directed

M&L in replacement of end jointing kit, indoor type heat shrinkable, 95 sqmm, 3 core suitable for 11 KV (E), XLPE insulated electric power cable complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 14 but outdoor type
