Providing of tented accommodation with 12 x 15 water proof tents of superior quality having sufficient space to accommodate at least 6 persons per tent with neat and alean beddings, beds, warm blankets, bed sheets, bed covers, quilts, pillows, etc. with the replacement of twice a week in one tent and the other tent for camp office with same dimensions shall be provided with 6chairs and two tables with clean mattings including complete electrification for both the tents. The arrangements are made to be for 70days (3 days before the comencement of 65days of Yatra period till 2dyas after completion of Yatra. i.e. from 19/06/2022 to 22/08/2022)Yatra period 24/06/2022 to 24/08/2022, subject to actual announcement.

Providing refreshment to supervisory staff/field staff deployed for the Yatra duty at Base Camp at baltal. The refreshment consists of two times tea morning evening, lunch and dinner with vegetarian and non-vegtarian meals during 58days (one day before and one day after) of Yatra period for the satff deployed as per menu. 1. Morning & Evening Tea: Kashmiri Tea with Local Bread and Butter. 2. Lunch and Dinner: a. Five days a week :- Vegetarian b. Two days a week :- Non-Vegetarian
