| 1 | M & L for receiving complaints from concern incharge of complaint cells lodged by the occupants of OTM of electric distribution system and Internal Electrification nature , i.e taking down tubelight/LED fittings Bulkhead fittings , Bldg Security lights , Flameproof lights of any wattage from roof / wall and PVC Cables for light /fan /bell/holder/Sockets complete, repairs to the extent by removing connections from the system removing faults in wires ,batten , conduit , main switches Distribution Boards , MCBs , Ceilig fan, Exhaust fan and other connected fixtures and rectifiying the complaints lodged by the users and refixing of fittings , fixtures to their original position and testing of complete system after repairs for restoring supply including replacing of unserviciable defective electrical accessories complete and rectifying faults of LT feeders/LT Panels and complaints of No Light and Earth Leakage as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge .
Note :- (i) Rate for any item shall be measured and paid under respective item of schedule .
(ii) Essential meterial like, insulation tape,screws and all tools required for carrying out the works and insutruments to the defect fault shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate
(iii) The above work shall be carried out on requirement basis on complaints received in the MES service centres . Contractor has to collect complaints from MES complaint cell and enter in job card of his firm and submit job card after rectifying the complaints within 24 Hrs from receipt of complaint. (iv) Old U/S Item received will be the property of contractor and will be issued as Sch of credit Complete all as direted by Engr-in-Charge. | 4,500 | Each job | - | - |
