Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 mtr wide and n.exc 1.5 mtr deep and area n exc 10 Sqm on plain in loose/soft soil and getting out for underground cable/erection of poles, stays etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

As per item No 1 here in before but exceeding 1.5 mtr deep but not exc 3.0mtr deep.

M & L sand cushioning for cable with river washed sand and punning to provide required cover as per SSR part I complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and laying bricks common burnt clay sub class 'B' old size bricks for cable protection complete all as directed.

Description all as per Item Ser No 4 here in before but except bricks. Note: Old bricks retrieved from item No 4 here in after shall be used.

M&L PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded aggregate, mechanically crushed stone for mass filling in pole pit and foundation etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finished surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in pole foundation, coping, stay pits etc including provision of necessary form work to achieve fair finishes surfaces, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 cm thick layers complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated material n.exc 50 mtr away and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable PCC pole any type after disconnecting all electrical connection incl clearance of site complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

Supply , erection of PCC pole 9.0 mtr long in true vertical position 102x172 mm at top 102x279 mm at bottom class-10 incl providing black and white strips with synthetic enamel paint 30 cm each alternate upto 1.5 mtr above the coping of pole starting with black strip complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Earth work and PCC shall be measured and paid separately. (ii) Description as per direction of Engr-in-Charge will be printed on each pole without any extra cost.

Supply and fix in replacement indoor/outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5/4.0 x 10-50 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement indoor/outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5 x 70-150 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement indoor/outdoor end termination joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5 x 185-300 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and fix in replacement straight through joint heat shrinkable 1100 Volts for XLPE cable of size 3.5 x 70-150 Sqmm complete all as directed by Engr-in charge. Note: Earth work will be measured and paid separately.

M&L drilling hole of any size manually as per site requirement, drilling for laying pipes under the road for crossing electrical cables complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Note: Pipe will be measured & paid for separately.

Disconnecting & taking out defective underground cable any size and any type from trenches, pole, pipe, floor, wall etc complete all as rectified and directed

Supply and laying, connecting and testing XLPE underground cable insulated, and overall sheathed with aluminium conductor heavy duty 1100 volts grade 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/ on poles/ road crossing or passing through existing/new pipe under road crossing, clamping on wall etc. Note: (i) Earth work, sand, bricks , removing, returning filling Aluminium thimbles/lugs will be paid separately. (ii) Cost of laying electrical cable through new/existing pipe under road, buildings, railway tracks, highways are incl in the quoted rates. (iii) All equipments , machinery or tools if required for laying electrical cable through new/existing pipes are provided by the contractor without any extra cost.

Provision of two coat of synthatic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement shackle type porcelain vitreous white or brown insulator including GI straps, washers, insulator bolts and nuts for working pressure 1100 volts, 75 mm height, 90 mm dia, section of strap 30mmx3mm & dia of bolt 12 mm complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement pin type insulator porcelain vitreous white or brown 1100 volts grade 100 mm height and 65 mm dia with GI spindle two GI washer and one GI nut complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor incl cutting, welding complete all as per direction of Engr-In-Charge.

M&L aluminium conductor steel reinforced (ACSR) including fixing, stretching on poles and proper noseling with binding wire with insulator of any size as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L in replacement 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated solid aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 metre apart including 4 mm GI suspension wire, one twin core cable flat or circular of size 10 sqmm 2 core complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing and Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode plate of size 60x60x6mm thick buried directly in ground/earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level and top edge of earth electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected with GI earth strip of size 25x4mm by means of nut, bolts, washers etc to eqpt/machinery all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including PCC (1:3:6) pit, pit cover 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm tor steel bars @10cm C/C both ways, 40mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, funnel, wire mesh, also including earth work, common salt, charcoal dust complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling and taking down old u/s earthing Material & labour earthing complete with galvanized steel earth electrode plate of size 600x600x6mm thick buried directly in ground/earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level and top edge of earth electrode not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and connected with GI earth wire of size 4 mm with nut, bolts, washers etc to eqpt/machinery all as shown in electric plate No 3 of SSR Pt I including PCC (1:3:6) pit, pit cover 50mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 8mm tor TMT bars @10cm C/C both ways, 20 mm bore medium grade GI protection pipe, watering pipe 20mm bore medium grade, funnel, wire mesh, also including earth work, common salt, charcoal dust complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour in replacement GI tubing 50 mm bore light grade, on poles,on walls, under floors, road crossing, as reqd at site complete all as directed by Engr-in Charge. Note: Clamps, Nut bolts, saddle etc will be measured and paid separately.

Supply and fixing in replacement LT line separators 1100 V grade PVC spacer to separate LT conductor from each other 4/5 line as per IS complete as per direction of Engr-in-Charge.

M& L painting to LT panel board/LT feeder pillar box up to 0.6x.06.x.5 M indoor/out door type of size inner shell & outer shell including angle iron frame by applying one coat of sunthetic enamelled paint after cleaning of panel board inner shell & outer shell by means of rubbing by sand paper griding and removing rusted and corrded particles cleaning with cloths including reparing smooth surface for painting all as specified and as directed.

Repair and maintance LT feeder pillar /LT panel board any type and size indoor/outdoor by disamandling opening and taking down of all incoming and outgoing cables,cutting bent edge of the cable what ever is required ,providing thimble lugs of suitable required for different size of cable including taking out loop of the cables, cleaning of bus bars by menas of rubbing grinding etc and providing PVC sleeves of suitable rating on bus bars maintaing colour code (RYB & N) including replacement of bolts nuts & wanshers and reconnecting the all incoming and outgoing connections and testing of panles on full load all as specified and as directed.

Welding of existing unserviceable hinges of LT feeder pillar/LT panel board indoor/out door type of different size panels at different locations including adjusting the door for smooth opening and closing of the panel boards all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of steel tubular poles LT 9 mtrs long including removing rusted particles and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel aluminium paint including cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc and providing black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paints incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall include marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall include the repairing of coping with cement marter.

Material & Labour cement based paint one coat to PCC pole 9 mtr long including black & white strips alternatively 30cm each from coping upto 1.5 mtr height starting with black strip using synthetic enamel paint and applying one coat of aluminium paint on cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps, eye hooks, security light bracket, clamp etc incl repairing and painting on coping with cement base white paint complete all as directed. Note: (i) The quoted rate shall include marking of numbers on each LT pole as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. (ii) The quoted rates shall include the repairing of coping with cement marter.

Supply and fixing in replacement garding wire Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia under overhead ACSR conductor to provide protection against conductor broken complete all as per direction of Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) Cross arms , nut , bolts, clamps shall be measured and paid separately.

Material & labour for repairing existing earthing any type incl making & cleaning of earth pit, repair of pits, fixing of new funel , pit cover, painting on pit with cement base white paint complete all as per direction of Engr-in-charge. Note: (i) Cost of funel, pit cover, cement work, PCC work and painting etc is included in quoted rate.

Supply and fixing in replacement Earth continuity strip or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required 24x4 mm GI strip complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
