REGULAR PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE

Maintenance of 66KV substation equipment as per detailed scope of work (Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly & Yearly maintenances as per format) and instruction of site engineer and EIC. (UoM EA is for 01 Year)

SERVICES AS & WHEN REQUIRED

MINOR BREAKDOWN Maintenance visit for maintenance of TRANSFORMER & NGR,CURCUIT BREAKER (VCB & SF6),CURRENT TRANSFORMER, POTENTIAL TR ANSFORMER, ISOLATOR SWITCH, EARTH SWITCH, LIGHTINING ARRESTOR,RTCC PANEL,BATTERY & CHARGER,PROTECTION SYSTEM as when requiredand as per instruction of EIC and site engineer

Cleaning of cable trenches of depth upto 3 meter and width 1.5 meter of cable galleries, sub stations and other locations etc. The j ob includes lifting of RCC slabs/ Chequerred plates, removing of paper waste jute, mud, or any other unwanted materials lying in tre nches & dumping these waste materials in the nearest dust bin or as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge., keeping back RCC slabs/cheq uerred plates in positions. All complete with men and materials as per direction of the Engineer-in Charge.

Cleaning of HT Bus panel (Each breaker panel). It includes opening of top cover, removal of dust by vaccum cleaning/blower etc. Chec king & tightening of connections, cleaning of insulator, application of petroleum jelly and boxing up of the Bus bars/panels. All cl eaning materials such as cotton waste, Markin cloth etc. shall be supplied by the contractor. All complete with men, materials and e quipments like tools & tackles as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of transformer includes surface cleaning i.e. cleaning of accumulated sticky oil and other dust, oil fins. Job includes ope ning of LT duct & HT terminal box, cleaning of duct and terminal box, tightening of nuts & bolts wherever is required. Job to be com pleted with all men, materials and equipments like tools & tackles as per direction and satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge. All cleaning materials such as markin cloth, cotton waste etc. shall be supplied by the Contractor.

Cleaning of surface, rust removing of foreign matter, rubbing down thoroughly with emery paper, wire brush, washing with degreasing solvent (white spirit) to remove grease etc. and preparation of surface for application of enamel paint by spray painting on bus duc ts, transformers/motors/ or any other metallic surface with one coat of ready mixed primer and two coats of Approved quality/APCOLIT E ASIAN synthetic enamel paint including supply of paint suitable for a temperature of 100 Degree Celsius. All complete with labour and materials as per directions of the Engineer-in- Charge.

PAINTING OF ELECTRICAL EQUIPMENTS: Cleaning of surface, rust removing of foreign matter, rubbing down thoroughly with emery paper, w ire brush, washing with degreasing solvent (white spirit) to remove grease etc. and preparation of surface for application of paint by spray painting on electrical equipment/ structures/ poles or any other metallic surface with two coats of approved brand and manu facturer Aluminium paint including supply of paint suitable for a temperature of 100 Degree Celsius. All complete with labour and ma terials as per directions of the EIC

Lettering with black Japan paint of approved brand and manufacture including supply of all material & labour and transportation etc Note : Unit of measurement is considered EACH which is equal to per cm height per letter.

SUPPLY & INSTALLATION AS & WHEN REQUIRED

LIGHTNING ARRESTOR : Supply of lightning arrestors with insulating base fittings etc. as per specifications: For 60 kV rated voltage (Highest system voltage 72.5 KV) , 10 KA lightening arrestors

ISOLATOR : Supply of 3 poles, centre post rotating type, offload motarized isolator cum earthing switch with accessories and fitting s for outdoor installation as required as per specification: 66kV, 630 A, 31.5 KA for 1 sec, rated short time current

Supply of all necessary tarrif metering and equipments to be mounted at receiving end of supply in the switchyard and should consist of following:- 1 phase Outdoor type CTs of ratio and rating as per respective State Electricity board guidelines.

LIGHTNING ARRESTOR : Erection, installation, testing & commissioning of lightning arrestors with insulating base, discharge counter, fittings etc. including assembling as required, installation on already made steel structures or fixtures, aligning, levelling, gro uting, assembling and fitting of accessories/ instruments etc. supplied separately, if any, making of the conductor connection, cabl es connections as required, earthing, testing, commissioning the same, complete in all respects including consumables, tools/ equipm ents and labour as per specifications, drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Site Engineer. ISOLATOR : Erection, installation, testing & commissioning of centre post rotating type, offload isolator cum earthing switch with a ccessories and fittings as required, including installation on already made steel structures or fixtures, aligning, assembling and f itting all accessories/ instruments etc. supplied separately, if any making connections of outgoing/ incoming conductor, cable conne ction as required, earthing, testing, commissioning the same, complete in all respects including consumables, tools/equipments and l abour as per specifications, drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Site Engineer. GALVANISED STEEL STRUCTURE : Supply, fabrication, erection, installation including RCC foundation works of galvanised steel structur al works of any type and shape for outdoor switchyard equipments, gantry and column etc. complete in all respects including consumab les, tools/ equipments and labour as per specifications, drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge/ Site Engineer.

Supply & replacement of OTI/WTI as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge.

Supply & replacement of Buchholz relay as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply, fixing, installation of Breather Unit without silicagel suitable for upto 1500gm silicagel as per direction of Engineer-in-C harge.

Supply & Replacement of silica gel in transformers as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

HT TERMINATION KIT : Supply of indoor / outdoor HT cable termination kit complete in all respect for the following sizes of cables a s per specifications: 3CX400 SQMM, 66KV(UE), OUTDOOR TYPE
