Complete dismantling of Hydraulic motor
Removal of Scoring marks by Roller Burnishing in 48no’s of cylinder bore to maintaina equal bore diameter in all the cylinders
Replacement of 48 no’s of piston rings suitable for new cylinders bore
Removing scoring marks in the cam rings(3no’s) and finishing the inner area of camring by buffing
Replacement of 48 no’s of Cam rollers suitable for new cam area inner diamete
Charges for surface grinding and lapping to remove scoring marks in valve plate
Charges for cylindrical grinding to remove scoring marks in valve plate seating area of cylinder 7 block
Replacement of valve plate compression spring sets
Replacement of Drive end and non-drive end shaft oil seals.
Replacement of Complete seal kits, “O” rings and orientation dowel pins
Complete assembly of Hydraulic motor
