Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars,etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as directed.

Dismantling stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid dry or laid dry and pointed,complete all as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type,complete all as directed.

Dismantling barbed wire, galvanised, 2 strand,2.00mm dia barbed at 75mm spacing,complete all as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C.) any section,embedded in concrete,masonry,brickwork etc.,including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground,complete all as directed.

Dismantling galvanised steel concertina coil 600/750/900/1050 mm dia. having 50-53 turns and approximate weight 8.50-15.00 Kg stretched to cover a distance of 5-7 running meter from existing mild steel fencing posts,complete all as directed.

Site clearance in soft/loose soil,complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) Type D-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate,in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in lintels up to 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings up to 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, as directed including necessary from work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound all as specified.

Materials and Labour for brick work with Sub Class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6M mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel works,hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion,drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 290, Grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for, rolled mild steel Fe 410-W (Gde-E 250) Quality 'A', in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections,fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated),complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix,cast iron work grade FG 150, unmachined, in brackets, gully traps,gratings, railing, frames,manhole covers, fire and soot doors, dampers, stop valve boxes, gate stops,parts of ranges, balusters and similar articles not exceeding 5 Kg each,complete all as specified and directed.

Supply Only,galvanised mild steel plain wire, 3.15 mm/ 4 mm dia., complete all as specified.

Supply Only,Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type,complete all as specified.

Supply Only,barbed wire, galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings ,complete all as specified.

Fixing Only,chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts,etc.including provision of binding wire,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply of chain link fencing and wire will be measured and paid seperately.

Restraining,resecuring,chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provision of binding wire,complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Existing chain link fencing shall be restrained/resecured.

Fixing Only galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. , complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Each line wire will be measured. (ii) Supply of barbed wire and steel wire will be measured and paid seperately.

Restraining,resecuring including making good staples etc. for galvanised 2 strand,steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Each line wire will be measured. (ii) Existing barbed wire shall be restrained/resecured.

Fixing Only, galvanised steel concertina coil 1050 mm dia. having 50-53 turns and approximate weight 15 Kg ± 5% and suitable to be stretched to cover a distance of 5-7 running meter, complete all as specified. Notes:- (i) Overall length as laid will be measured. (ii)Supply of concertina coil will be measured and paid seperately.

Restraining,resecuring including making good staples etc. for galvanised steel concertina coil 600/750/900/1050 mm dia. having 50-53 turns and approximate weight 8.5-15 Kg and suitable to be stretched to cover a distance of 5-7 running meter,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Overall length as laid will be measured. (ii) Existing concertina coil shall be restrained/resecured as per manufacturer's instructions.

Taking down carefully existing steel gates of any description exc 5 sq. m and n exc 7 sq. m each, carrying out repairs by realignment of existing members, replacement of damaged members and components by welding with new mild steel members,components and cast iron articles etc., including refixing in the original position after repairs,complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Mild steel members,components and cast iron articles will be measured and paid seperately under respective items in this BOQ. (ii) The quoted rate shall be inclusive of the rate for resecuring or easing and adjusting.

Materials and Labour for, glazed ceramic exterior wall tiles, 7.5 - 9 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq M but not exceeding 0.18 Sq M,conforming to IS 15622,on vertical surface of wall such as dados, skirting etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match over and including 10 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and directed. Materials and Labour for,chequered ceramic tiles, coloured, 12 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sq M but not exceeding 0.11 Sq M, conforming to IS 4457-2007,on floors, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement mixed with pigment to match colour,laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed of cement mortar (1:4),complete all as specified and directed. MAKE:- (Johnson ‘Endura’/ Kajaria ‘Pavigres’/ Regency ‘Duro’)

Materials and Labour for rendering 5 mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound as per manufactures instructions over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in wall,complete all as specified and directed. Note: - (Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately)

Material and Labour for preparing new surfaces plastered or unplastered and applying two coats of cement based paint,on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm), complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) on old painted steel and iron surface of any description,over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint (ordinary tint) over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer on new steel and iron surface of any description,over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described, including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Clearing shrubs, vegetation, grass, bush, weed etc. from sides of runway, PTT, Links and Dispersal Area,including disposal of rubbish/ useless materials to a distance not exceeding 50 m and depositing where directed a level not exc. 1.5 m from the starting point, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The work shall be executed by providing 01(One) Mazdoor (Unskilled category of worker). (ii) Duty hours register of the worker shall be maintained.

M&L for Brick work with locally available best quality sub class B old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete all as directed.

M&L for PCC type C2 1:3:6 (40 mm graded Aggregate) in surface channels and drain after demolition cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and paving not exc 15 cm thickness ( below or abovr ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) in Lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills , steps, seismic and other similar bands,plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for in item 04028, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chemfered angles and throating complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement ) complete al, as specified and as directed.

M&L for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped ends etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct from Sl item No. 51 here-in-before for each 25 mm girth or part thereof over or under 30 cm .

Materials and Labour for, racking/cutting out cracks on existing rigid pavement with the help of mechanical means/manually chiseling, making regular size,1 to 3mm wide with depth not less than 5 mm from top surface of slab, removing all debries, loose particle cleanining throughly the surface by means of air blower,applying a coat of primer uniformly on the horizontal and vertical faces with bristle brush, pouring in pre-mixed elastomeric concrete (self levelling) on primed surface and finishing by means of trowels and flats, complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) The surface to be finished true levelled with existing adjoining rigid pavement. (ii) Mixing of materials for elastromeric concrete shall be strictly as per manufacturer's instructions.

Materials and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid/flexible pavement (concrete or asphaltic) of runway,taxi track,links etc., painting lines, dashes, arrows,figures, letters, etc. on roads, pavements and the like exceeding 10cm wide with one coat of water based acrylic paint (white/ golden/ yellow/orange/black colour),complete all as specified and directed.

Materials and Labour for preparation of old painted surfaces of rigid/flexible pavement (concrete or asphaltic) of runway,taxi track,links etc., painting lines, dashes, arrows,figures, letters,etc. on roads pavements and the like not exceeding 10cm wide with one coat of water based acrylic paint (white/ golden/ yellow/orange/black colour),complete all as specified and directed.
