Labour for fixing big six or trafford A.C. Sheet in roof including fixing of ridges wind ties etc. complete but excluding cost of fitting including drilling holes in wind ties per 1 Sqm. including cost, conveyance, T&P, supply of labour, supervision, overhead, with all lead lift with all other connected operation etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying A.C. Sheet of approved quality to the work site including cost, conveyance, taxes, GST, loading, unloading etc. complete as per direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Cement concrete M20 grade with H.G. crusher broken hard granite chips of size 20mm and down grade free from weathered skin & 53 grade of ( PPC) ISI brand cement including cost of all materials, machineries, conveyance, royalty, taxes of all materials, and transportation of mixed concrete with in initial lead of 1km and lift/delifts upto 1.5m heights above average ground level. T & P, supply of labour, supervision, overhead, insurance, watering curing with all lead, lifts & delifts with all other connected operation etc. complete as per specification & direction by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling Brick masonry in cement mortar under 3.00 m. height including stacking the useful materials for reuse and removing debris with in 50 m. lead and including all cost T&P, labour, supervision, overhed charges etc. Complete as per specification and directon of the Enginer-in-Charge.

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks 23 cm x 11 cm x 8 cm size having crushing strength not less than 75 kg/cm2 with dimensional tolerance ±8 percent in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation and plinth per cum including cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials, T&P, supply of labour, supervision, overhead, insurance, watering, curing with all lead lift with all other connected operation etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Scraping old paint with scrapers, sand papering and washing with soap water or soda including scaffolding charges above 5m height and upto 8 m. height including cost,conveyance royalty taxes of all materials,T&P ,supply of labour,supervision,overhead,insurance,watering,curing with all lead lift with all other connected operation etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall Priming one coat with any appproved Primer all Priming one coat with any appproved Primer including cost, carriage,conveyance, royalty taxes of all materials,T&P ,supply of labour,supervision,overhead,insurance, with all leads, lifts & delifts with all other connected operation etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting 2 coats with plastic emulsion paint of approved shade on new work to give an even shade including cost of paint, Painter (special),labour,T&P,supervison,overhead,insurance etc. all complete as per direction of the engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling old cement plaster from brick walls including racking out joints 12mm thick deep & removing debris with in 50 mt lead away from worksite with all leads lifts & delifts , supervision , labour cess, insurance etc. all complete as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Priming one coat with any approved primer (Red Oxide Primer) including cost of materials all taxes, labours, T&P, etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Painting two coats with approved paint on old /new wood/ steel /iron work to including cost of materials all tax labours, T&P, etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

16 mm. thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) over Brick masonary work per 1 Sqm including cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials, T&P, Shuttering, Supply of labour, supervision, overhead, insurance, watering, curing with all lead lift with all other connected operation etc. all complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Labour for rubbing out heavy moss from shift walls exposed to weather.

Supply of Iron Doors, windows and Labour cost for fabrication erection of steel/Iron doors and windows with all cost of materials charges etc., T&P etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charges.

Labours for fixing the Steel / Iroon doors and windows with frame in position including cost of labour, T&P,overhead incurance,cess etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
