Removing old lime or cement plaster from walls including raking outjoints 12 mm Deep and removing the debris within 50 m leads etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer incharge.

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved shade to new work two coat to give an even shade including cost of paint & all labour , taxes etc complete as per direction of Engineer in charge..

Distempering two coats to walls with distemper of approved shade on new work to give an even shade inculding cost of distemperand labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the directoin of theEIC

Painting two coats with any approved type of paint over on the new wood work and iron work including cost of the paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost of all materials labour and T&P required for the work etc complete as per the direction of the EIC

Hoisting joints and trusses and placing in position including cost and conveyance M.S. Angle ,Trusses etc complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Fitting ,fixing A.C. sheet/GCI Sheet including cost conveyance of A.C sheet with all labour charges etc completeas per the direction of the Engineer in charge.

Providing fitting fixing M.S Door & Windows Grills including cost of all all charges etc complete as per the Engineer in charge.

Well burnt Fly ash. brick work in cement mortar (1:6) after immersing brick or six hours in water before use in Foundation with good quality clamp brunt of brick 25cm x 12 cm x 8cm size having crushing strength not less than 35Kg.per cm2 with dimensional tolerance +_ 8%. Including splays cutting circular moulding and similar such type of work with necessary projections, champering and corbelling watering and curing etc. complete including cost,conveyance ,royalty and taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P articles required for the work etc. complete as per specification and direction of the EIC.

Super-structure

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work with cost of all materials and all labour etc.complete as per the direction of the Engineer in charge.
