Providing and injecting chemical emulsion for preconstructional antitermite treatment and creating a chemical barrier under and alround the column pits wall trenches basement excavation top surface if plinth filling junction of wall and floor, along the the external perimeter of binding expansion joints, surrounding of pipes and conduits etc, complete. (plinth area of the building at ground floor only shall be measured as per I.S.6313 (Part II 1981) Alderine emulsifiable concentrate or any other approved material such as Heptrachlor or Chlordane will be used. The rate of application of chemical emulsion shall be as follows : (1) Treatment for masonary & foundation 5 liters per sqm. (2) Back fill in immediate contact with foundation 7.5 liters/sqm (3) Treatment of top surface of plinth filling 5 liters/sqm. (4) Treatment of soil along external perimeter of building 7.5 liters/sqm (5) Treatment of soil under apron along external perimter 5 liters/sqm. (As per manufacturer's standard dilution)

Providing and laying in cement concrete 1:4:8 (1 cement :4 coarse sand :8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete,including cost of form- work,in foundation and floors.

R.C.C in 1:1.5:3 Mix (M- 20) cement. Coarse sand and Stone Grit 6 to 12 mm including cost of all steel, bending , Centering & shuttering Labour, material and T&P etc.All required for proper completion of work.

Class 10 brick work in 1:6 (one cement and six coarse sand sand of 2.25 fineness modulus) mortar in foundation & plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar ocations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels (a) Area of slab over 0.50 sqm.

Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade :New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/ 10sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primerapplied @ 2.20 kg/ 10 sqm)

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved made such as super snowcem, Durrocem, Robiacem Guttucem, supermen quality of required shade on uncoated wall surface (two coat) over one coat white cement primer to give even shades after throughly brushing the surface of remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered material including curing and cost of all materials. for every coat after first coat of subsequent coat.
