Earth work in excavation in trenches n.exc. 1.5 M wide and 1.5M deep and getting out, returning filling in, including spreading & leveling in layers all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L PCC bed 1:5:10 in fillings & Mass concrete all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L brick work in cement mortar 1: 4 straight or curved on plan exe. 6m mean radius with sub class ‘A’ brick all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

Providing and laying autoclaved aerated cement blocks masonry with 150 mm/230mm/300mm thick AAC blocks in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level with RCC band at sill level and lintel level with approved block laying polymer modified adhesive mortar all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (The payment of RCC band and reinforcement shall be made for separately).

S/F Reinforcement 8 mm dia & over cut to length bent to shape required size including cranking, bending & binding with M.S. annealed wire not less than 0.9 mm dia all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L RCC work 1:1½:3 for slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landing balconies, canopies deck slabs, columns, pillars and in shelves and the like all as specified in MES SSR, 2010.

M/L sand filling under floors including watering & well ramming all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L Rough flooring 25 mm thick in cement concert 1:2:4 for laying tiles all as specific in MES SSR 2010.

M/L Rough flooring 40 mm thick in cement concert 1:2:4 for laying tiles all as specific in MES SSR 2010.

M/L PCC floor in cement concrete 1:2:4 fair finished even and smooth without using extra cement (flooring 40mm thick) all as specified in MES SSR 2010.

M/L PC plaster 12 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, fair finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified in MES SSR, 2010.

M/L PC plaster 10 mm thick on ceiling in cement mortar 1:4, fair finished even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified in MES SSR, 2010.

M/L vitrified tiles of size 60cm x 60cm standerd thickness, in floor etc. ste and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match all as specified in MES SSR 2010 (including colored tiles & including screed 20mm).

M/L Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified in MES SSR, 2010

M/L glazed ceramic tiles 300 mm x 200mm or 300 mm x 300 mm x 7 mm thick etc. on walls set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colored cement to match all as specified in MES SSR,2010 (including colored tiles).

Steel rolling shutters, with out ball bearing, as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer; erected in position as indicated, complete: push pull or manual type but with gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle complete all as specified in MES SSR, 2010 (1.25mm thick)

S/F framed work such as grills, grating, cattle traps etc., with ends of bars shouldered and/ or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters, trusses, MS bar fencing, walk wais; railings; frame work of water tanks and similar work confirming to Fe 410-0 or Fe 310-0 all as specified in MES SSR, 2010.

Providing & fixing 10-12 mm thick plaster of paris ceiling (Gypsum anhydrous) to flat surface (RCC ceiling surface) with design as per requirement and approved by the Engineer-in-charge all as specified in MES SSR, 2010

Putty filling two coats application of one coat of Primer followed by two coats of premium Acrylic emulsion such as Asian/Nerolac/Berger or equivalent followed by preparing existing surface to smooth Interior finish all as sp.

M/L Putty two coats than one coat of primer followed by super fine roller coat finish of spectrum or equivalent to be applied with foam Roller, Finally coated with two coat premium exterior emulsion/Apex or equivalent all as sp.

Heritage Granule finish/Rustic Finish Application of one coat of quartz primer of spectrum or equivalent and application of granules of desired shade with trowel and top coat of transparent silicon to make surface water repellent all as sp.

Applying evenly a tack coat of in dustrial bitumen 85/25 at rate of 1.2 kg per Sqm, Polythene film, black, 50 micron laid in floor, 80 mm thick average consolidated thickness mud phuska on flat roofs including 25 mm thick mud plaster and 3 mm thick leeping plaster and 40 mm thick brick tiles laid on mud mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement on mud phuska all as specified in MES SSR, 2010.

S/F Aluminium Frame Made of Aluminium rectangular section of 1.3 mm Thickness of size 2 ½” x 1 ½” Complete including fixing of 5 mm thick Glass Black/Brown for windows, doors & partly fixed, partly openable frame complete all as specified in MES SSR 2010.
