M &L for RCC M-25 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) design mix for chajja, sun shed etc complete all as specified and directed.

Use and waste of form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edge etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors, etcc omplete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in floors, etc finished even and smooth without using extra cement, laid in bays complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- glass dividing strips shall be measured and paid as supply only separately and fixing of same shall deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor in this item).

Supply only 3.00mm thick and 38.00mm wide glass dividing strips as in floors, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class 'B' using old size bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified & directed

M & L for brickwork with sub-class `B' brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:4) on wall using with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml/50 kg per bag of cement or as per manufacturar instruction finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed . NOTE : water proofing liquid will be measured and paid seperately .

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of bricks/concrete surface in cement mortar (1:6) on wall finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only water proofing compound (liquid),ISI marked complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Birla white wall care putty or JK wall care putty or eqivalent make in entire surface free from undulations all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of anti fungle (Appex) painting over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, fillingin, including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick each in soft / loose or any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance not exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) including finished surface even & fair without using extra cement as in plinth protection including necessary form work all as specified and directed. Note: 10mm wide and 75mm deep joints shall be made at 3 mtr intervel and at each corner and the same shall be filled with using bitumen 85/25 and sand in the ratio 1:3 which shall deemed to be included in unit rate of this item quoted by the contractor.

M & L for broken stone hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel reinforcement TMT bars 10mm dia and over, as in reinforcement, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.
