Demolishing R.C.C. work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in- charge.

Extra for cutting reinforcement bars manually/ by mechanical means in R.C.C. or R.B. work (Payment shall be made on the cross sectional area of R.C.C. or R.B. work) as per direction of Engineer in-charge.

Disposal of building rubbish / malba / similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground or as approved by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead, for all leads including all lifts involved.

Dismantling of tower consisting of structural steel work bolted in built up sectons ( of 40 M height,ground based ) including numbering and dehoisting of the members as well as stacking of members/nuts and bolts etc. properly all complete as per the direction of Enginerr-in-charge.The item includes for the following and nothing extra shall be paid on this account.. Notes: (a) The agency shall take every precaution to protect the human lives, insurance coverage to the labours etc. shall be the sole responsibility of the agency. (b) Numbering to each member shall be done with permanent paint/ink and should be quite neat and clean to read nuts,bolts and washers dismantled shall be collected panel wise and kept strictly in seperate gunny bags.Each such gunny bag of nuts bolts washers shall be marked with corresponding panel numbers of tower with permanent paint/ink & making list of tower material for handing over to store.

(c) The item includes all operations,tools and plants,equipments,machinery etc. required for the work as well as safety measures as per the relevant IS codes.

(d) The rate includes for all the mentioned above in detail and shall be paid for one job and nothing extra shall be paid. Approx weight 10.25 MT

Dismantling existing prefabricated shelter at any floor height of outer size approx. 2.15 m x 3.15 m and height up to 2.65 m including 2 Nos. I beam steel sections , prefabricated shelter top portion of G.I. sheet roofing with M.S. channels, corners portions of shelter walls, A.C. windows, floor and ceiling of M.S. sheet of width up to 200 mm and separation of shelter panels width up to 1.20 m to bottom portion, ceiling portion, left side, right side, rear side and front side with door by cutting revets carefully including 16 Nos. anchor bolts, clamps, antistatic PVC sheet flooring and stacking all the materials at the required place within 50 m lead all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Notes : The item includes the following & nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (1) The necessary safety precaution to protect the human lives, insurance coverage to the labours etc. shall be sole responsibility of the agency. (2) Item includes for all above operations, tools and plants, equipments, machinary etc. required for the work as well as safety measures as per the relevant IS codes. (3) The agency shall take every precaution against damage to the nearby structures while dismantling the tower etc.Any damage shall be sole responsiblity of the agency. (4) The measurement shall be made on the job basis and nothing extra shall be paid for electronic weighing machine but the charges of transportation & electronic weighing machine are included in item of shifting transportation dismantled tower material.

Transportation of dismantled tower material and prefabricated shelter

a) Tower material including ladder, working platform, cable tray and antenna fixtures, templates and foundation/anchor bolts, nuts of any dia & length and connecting plates etc.The item includes sorting, loading, unloading and stacking of the material all complete and as per the directions of Engineer- in-charge. 40m GBT weighing approximately 10.25(+/-10%) MT

b) Dismantled prefabricated shelter ( approx size 3.15*2.15 m) including all allied materials , M.S. I Beam section, Roofing sheet etc all.completehe item includes sorting, loading, unloading from any floor height and stacking of the material all complete and as per the directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Up to Nadiad store

Deduct for non transportation of BTS shelter with all materials and all the sturctural members of BTS shelter like PU foam wall, floor and roof pannels , Roofing sheets , Flooring Ply sheet, Antistatic Flooring , Door, M.S. Girder Section etc.

Credit for the old recovered reinforcement bars.The recovered reinforcement bars shall be given to the agency on actual weight basis on as in where basis and amount shall be credited to the work.
