Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and making good bottom surface for laying ,removing of cable, erection of poles in soft loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Removing excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meter and not exceeding 1.5 meter above the starting point, and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L riddle sand cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the cable and 15 cm in depth after laying the cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : For the purpose of payment, punned thickness of sand cushioning only will be measured.

M&L for burnt bricks subclass B laid in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil in trenches, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out UNSV UG cables of any sizes from trenches/walls including all mounting accessories and GI tubing and keeping aside in safe custody for relaying after repairs or depositing to storeyard including making good to disturbed areas complete all as specified and as directed.

Relaying of UG cable nominal cross section area of 10 to 50 sqmm 2 to 4 core after testing, carrying out of joining works complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Necessary joints will be measured and paid separately under relevant item of Sch A (ii) Serviceable cables retrieved from item No 6 shall be reused.

Note for Item No 7 to 15 : Necessary earth works sand cushioning cable protection cover GI pipe will be measured and paid separately under relevant items.

M&L for LT Cable jointing kit straight through heat shrinkable type complete with jointing materials suitable for LT armoured cable of size upto 10 to 25 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for overhauling of LT Panel boards outdoor/indoor of sizes upto 200 x 150 x 50 cms installed at various locations of under this division by disconnecting from mains taking out burnt cable ends, cleaning of panel and reconnecting using necessary lugs, cable glands, gland plate, gaskets etc and application of necessary mechanical and electrical lubrication when and where complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for fixing in repairs aluminium bus bar of desired sizes bend to shape as reqd at site including all necessary drilling works , taking out old UNSV bus bar and repairing of burnt cable ends using new lugs complete all as specified and directed.

M&L minor repair work in panel board by fabrication with sheet metal in existing panel using 2.00 mm CRCA powder coated sheets when and where as required including taking down old damaged / rusted panel cover as per direction of Engr in Charge incl renewal of hinges, panel locks, weather proof gaskets, minor welding works etc as reqd at site complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for painting of LT Panel boards outdoor/indoor of sizes upto 200 x 150 x 50 cms installed at various locations under this division, by scrapping out of rusted uneven surfaces and applying by spray painting two coats of paint of desired shade over a coat of metallic primer complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for painting of LT Panel boards outdoor/indoor of sizes upto 100 x 100 x 40 cms installed at various locations, by scrapping out of rusted uneven surfaces and applying by spray painting two coats of paint of desired shade over a coat of metallic primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of cement based painted surfaces by scrapping of deposited materials, and painting with two coats of cement based paint of approved make and colour complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying in repairs including taking down old GI tubing light grade 80 mm bore including all accessories for encasing cables for mechanical protection, laid under Plinth / Floors/ Paths Culverts or fixed on wall or concealed in wall/floor or along poles or as street light poles or as street light mounting bracket with complete accessories such as bends/sockets/reducers/saddles incl necessary threading/drilling works all as specified and directed. Note:- (MS works will be measured and paid separately.)

M & L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 (using 20 mm graded black trap/granite/basalt stone aggregate) for coping of the pole including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair phase Indicator lamp with holder key flush mounted,LED type Red, yellow, blue including taking down old materials complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in repair Digital type Voltmeter 0-500 volts, 3 Phase, 4 digit, high resolution, LED type with one side programmability complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Ammeter digital type (0-500 Amps) with rezin cast copper wound CT coil assy of suitable ratio & size class I accuracy, 0.5 VA burden, & on site programmability complete all as specified and as directed.Make : Securemeters/RESHABr/L&T or equivalent in Appendix 'C'

Repair and maintance of LT out door /indoor panel board and fedder piller box of different capacity and location as dieacted by engineer in Charge:- (a) Repair abd maintance of broken door/legs roofs by welded or by Change of door and spray two coats of synthetic enamel paint smoke grey colour (1st quality) over a coat of primer. (b) Repair and maintance of Voltmeter and ammeter. (c) Repair and maintance of Busbar of existing capacity and size. (d) Repair and maintance of indicator lamp.

M&L for fixing in repairs on walls or laying in trenches double wall HDPE Corrugated flexible pipe heavy duty of internal dia 80 mm including all accessories complete all as specified and as directed. Make:- Apollo, Jain, gamson, or equivalent in Appendix 'C'

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) for coping in poles and finishing of visible external surfaces including demolition of old cracked PCC foundation and removal from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete block masonryas in foundations of transformer, sub-station works etc with solid blocks ,type C1 1:3:6(20mm graded stone aggregate), exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6, applying of appropriate plaster on external surfaces and including demolition of existing damaged masonry work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for clearing of Grass Shrubs and other growing by uprooting around poles and feeder pillars upto 10 cms in girth in various locations complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs mild steel work in framed work such as clamps, gratings, ladders etc., with ends of bars welded and/ or riveted, or forged and similar work confirming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 and including painting to surfaces using two coats of metallic primer and a coat of synthetic enamelled paint of desired colour complete all as specified and as directed.

M/L for GI Strip 32x6 mm with saddle and fixing screws etc from test terminal block to earth pit complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600x600x6.3 mm thick burried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to DB/Panel by using GI strip of 32x6 mm sleeved using red colour PVC sleeving as earthing lead soldering/rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected To DB by means of nut, bolts etc complete with PCC pit (1:3:6) type PCC cover with handle, funnel with watering pipe wire mess GI protection pipe for earthing lead complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for defect rectification in cables laid in trenches upto 240 Sqmm size 1100 Volts Grade with the help of electronic/digital fault locating machine to accuracy of 1 meter, removal of detoriated portion and keeping the same open, Sealed and safe for cable joint complete all as specified and as directed. Note:(i) Cost of T & P ie fault locating machine including transporation payment for technicians/Engineers shall deemed to including in quoted rate for the above (ii) Excavation and earth work ,cable joints shall be measured and paid separately.

M & L applying a coat of paint to PCC Pole 9 metre long and writing pole number with synthetic enamel paint (White with black base) including applying a coat of aluminium paint to FI Clamps/ Brackets and applying oil paint black and yellow colour alternatively upto 1.2 mtr for complete all as specified and as directed.
