Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.5 mtr in depth for taking/laying of CI/GI pipe and getting out including forming bottom surface etc in loose/soft soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in same earth in trenches including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not. Exc. 25cm thick any type of soil after the pipe laid complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated soil n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc. 1.5 m above the starting points in soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Ductile iron pipe, centrifugally cast spun with socket and spigot ends, class K7 suitable for push on joint (rubber gasket D-jointing), 100mm dia, conforming to IS-8329 (2000), in standard length with cement mortar lining inside the pipe without side zinc coating, laid in trenches complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Air realese valve, Double conforming to ISI marked, including bolts, nuts, washer and rubber packing complete all as specified and directed for suitable size riasing main water pipe line :- Make : Kirloskar, BVI

S & F Cast iron sluice valve 80 mm dia heavy duty (PN-1.6) with flanged ends, brass spindle any pattern with iron wheel head conforming to IS including jointing and jointing materials, nuts, bolts,rubber gasket and washers complete all as specified and directed.

S&F MS clamps of size 50x6mm, MS flat iron with one No GI/MS socket of 20mm / 15mm duly welded incl nuts & bolts for taking branch connection, jointing of branch connection from 40 to 150mm bore line including boring in GI/ CI pipe incl rubber packing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying in trenches/wall/floors GI tube medium grade including all required fittings complete all as specified & directed of following sizes :-

15 mm bore

20 mm bore

25 mm bore

40 mm bore

50 mm bore

S&F Gun metal gate valve with iron wheel head screwed both ends for GI pipe and fixed complete all as specified and directed of following sizes :-

S & F Ductile iron/CI fittings upto 150mm bore of pipe as per IS for spigot and socketed pipes for water main such as bends, tee, tail piece, coller, any type & radius and angle taper, socket flange cap, plugs complete all as specified and directed and required at site.

Material and labour for brick work with Sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved, in foundation of equpment, platform, ramp, staging, valve pits etc. using cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

Providing cement concrete PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40 mm graded aggregate in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges as in foundation/mass concrete etc including necessary form work etc and making good surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for rendering plastering with cement mortar (1:4) 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cutting of Ductile iron/CI pipes 100mm dia bore of pipe as per IS for spigot and socketed pipes and reducing to required length before laying etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stop valve of PTMT any colour high pressuree, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed of size 15mm bore.

NOTES :- 1. For the items for which specifications not mentioned any where in the tender, the BIS specifications shall be followed. 2. Unless otherwise specified the rates for PCC/RCC shall deemed to include the cost of formwork shuttering etc., required for complete and proper execution of the work. Refer Schedule "A" notes for details.
