Mobilization charges of all tools & plant alongwith all accessories for boring 150mm dia bore holes in ordinary soil at site with necessary shifting etc. complete and demobilization after completion of work.

Material & Labour for carrying out lab test/ field test for soil investigation soil according to IS : 1892 and also as directed by Engr-in-Charge as under :- (a) Drilling bore holes upto a depth of 25 meters or refusal whichever is encountered earlier. Total No of bore holes shall be 30 Nos having 150mm dia through all types of soil excluding rock or rock like hard stratum (N>50) at locations as shown at the site plan. Note : The depth of exploration shall be upto 1.5 times below the max anticipated depth of foundation. (b) Collection of disturbed and undisturbed samples of soil. (c) Conducting standard penetration tests at every 0.50 m interval as per relevent IS Code. (d) Recording water level and taking cognigence of maximum water level during monsoon. (e) Conduction laboratory tests on samples specified after examination of bore log. (f) Conducting liquid limit and plastic limit test for the samples encountered in the strata. (g) Carrying out sieve analysis and index properties. (h) Natural Moisture content.

(r) Evaluation of liquefaction potential as per para 6.3.5.3 of 15 1893 (PF-1) : 2016 Note:-Preparation of final report, submission of test results in 05 copies containing SBC for isolation/strip foundation at 1.5 m and further at every 0.50 m depth and option for pile foundation.

Carrying out topographical land survey of the approx 107 Acre with total electronic station of high precison, marking position of each physical feature on the ground like building, sewer lines, storm,water drains, trees , overhead HT/YT electronic ines, transformer sub stations, OHT, tube wells, electric poles and telephone poles, roads paths, existing permanant/temporary structures, fencing,boundary walls/lines.gate, drains etc. Preparing the counter plan at suitable contour intervals (0.30m), recording reduce levels at suitable intervals (5mx5m), fixing temporary bench marks (T.B.M) and making them on ground with paints as required (05 Copies) and preperation of layout plan for PH-I & PH-II

Architectural Drawing & Structural Design : Preperaing detail Archituctural drawing, Structural design and drawings for all buildings incorporated with all the details, final submission of all the approved structural drawings with supported by relevant design data (STAAD file) in hard and soft copy for all the category of buildings in desired configuration. Note:- Specification, fittings/fixture of Single living Accn (Plinth Area 11,300 Sqm) shall be considerd confirming to GRIHA 3 Star Rating Norms. Proof checking & vetting Vetting from IIT and submission of all structural drawings as per latest Indian standard codes & practice.

Detailed Estimate Preparation of BOQ & Yardstick and detailed estimate for all the buildings as per the approved material calculation and architectural, structural drawings as per MES SSR 2020 pattern alongwith market rate analysis.

Internal services: (a) Preparation of BOQ of Internal electric supply. (b) Internal water supply (c) Sanitary Fittings and associated items (d) Furniture

Rate for price adjustment in case of increase/decrease in plinth area beyond 10%(+) of the plinth area as per Sl item No 4.00 & 5.00.

Rate for price adjustment in increase/decrease in No of bore holes as included in the item No 1.00 & 2.00.
