Price Schedule : Part A Design, development, supply of equipments, erection of equipments, civil, electro mechanical and instrumentation control works, including testing, commissioning of rectification, upgradation, Tertiary unit and fibre media Disc filteration unit at existing 2.00 MLD STP in Gyansu, Uttarkashi as per bid specifications complete in all respect for proper fuctioning. Break-up of works as follows :-

Rectification of existing units of 2.00 MLD STP as per scope of work except tertiary treatment works. Such as tube settler media, fab reactor media (surface area 400 mm2 ), centrifuge, air blower,.RAS pump, electric panel, cables, piping, valves etc. as follows:-

Civil works

Supply, Installation, testing & commissioning of Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical and instrumentation equipment and accessories for rectification works.

PROCESS DESIGN ENGINEERING AND DRAWINGS :- Process & Instrumentation Diagrams, Flow Charts, Hydraulic Diagram and Complete Process Design, Site Layout Plan and Site Grading Plan, Basic Electrical and Instrumentation Drawings, Preparation of “QA” and construction procedure manual along with “Test Plan”, Civil and Mechanical General Arrangement Drawings, Architectural Drawings, Structural Designs and Drawings and Construction Drawings, Mechanical and Piping data sheets and Drawings, Detailed Electrical and Instrumentation and control Systems,including vetting of drawings from IIT (Roorkee), etc.As-Built Drawings, Operation and Maintenance Manuals and Training Program and Manuals, etc. complete (To be submitted in 6 Nos. sets in hard copy + 2 soft copies). CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL WORKS :- Construction of 2.00 MLD tertiary unit including all civil works such as site development and infrastructure works including site cleaning / Grading / Levelling, Pipe & valves, all liquid retaining structure as specified in bid document. It also includes other various buildings such as filter feed pump house, building / platform for E&M equipments as per norms/ practice, piping between different units of TTP complete. ELECTRO-MECHANICAL WORKS :- Installation, testing & commissioning of Electro-mechanical and instrumentation equipment and accessories for tertiary unit and Fibre media Disc filteration.

S.I.T.C. of suitable capacity D.G. Set with AMF panel with complete accessories only for Tertiary unit for 2 MLD STP Gyansu.

Installation & commissioning of online monitoring system at inlet and outlet of existing 2 MLD STP Gyansu.

PART - B – Bidder has to quote the annual O&M prices for upgradation of existing 2 MLD STP withTertairy Treatment to bring down the existing parameters to new CPCB Norms and installation of online monitoring system at Inlet & outlet, which are proposed to be executed in this bid except electricity & fuel (HSD + Lubricant) charges. The cost included herein are the yearly cost for plant Operation & maintenance including fixed cost (Cost of manpower to be deployed, General maintenance of civil structures, preventive and Breakdown Maintenance of Mechanical equipments, electrical items, and Variable cost (including cost of Chemical & Disposal of Plant Residuals, etc.)
