Note 1: (Applicable for all parts/items) : The biidders/contractors are advised to read tender document, all drawings & all corrigendum/amendments and general condition of contracts before entry/quoting the rates. Note 2:- Attention to bidder is hereby invited to upload revised BOQ if published during their bid submission. Uploading of incorrect/ pre-revised BOQ shall be treated as non bonafide and rejected. Fixed credit has been given in technical documents which shall be taken into account during acceptance of bid/tender.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 Mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 Mtr depth in soft / loose/Hard soil and getting out for removing / laying of pipe lines complete all as specified.

Returning and filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point complete all as specified.

Dismantling and taking up or down unserviceable / old water pipe/tubing any type including all fittings etc complete all as specified and directed of the following sizes:-.

(a) 100 mm dia/bore.

Re-laying old GI pipe in trenches with old/new fittings such as bends, elbows, union, tees, reducers etc; at site after discaling/cleaning of pipe (Internaly/Externally ) all as specified & directed of the following sizes:-

(a) 100 mm dia.

Supply and Laying GI Pipe medium grade including all fittings such as bend, tee, elbow, union, reducer etc, laid in trenches Complete all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:-

(a) 100mm dia.

Taking up old CI/DI water mains pipe line (including all fittings), with spigot and socket ends and lead joints including buring out joints and recovering lead of the following sizes :-.

(a) 150mm dia.

(b) 100mm dia.

Supply, laying and jointing in trenches DI pipes with socketed ends with EPDA/SBA rubber gasket joints centrifugally cast, class K-7, in any length laid in trenches or on floor complete including dismantling and taking up old cracked CI pipes complete all as specified and directed for the following sizes:- Note:- Necessary DI fittings as required and Excavation / earth work etc; shall be measured and paid seperately.

(a) 150mm dia.

(b) 100mm dia.

M & L for Ductile Iron bends, tapers, Tee pieces, cross, collers, caps and plugs any type, radius & angle for pipes upto 150 mm bore all as per IS - 9523:2000 complete.

Labour for repairing of run lead joint for arresting water leakage in cast iron water mains / fittings and finishing complete all as directed for following sizes pipe :-

(a) 150mm dia.

(b) 100mm dia.

(c) 80mm dia.

Labour only for cutting of CI/DI pipe upto 150 mm dia carefully in position for repairs or inserting fittings such as bend, tee, socket pieces, collar etc; complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, fixing, jointing of Cast iron (CI) sluice valve, ISI Marked, both ends flanged with pre drilled pressure rating PN-1.6, confirming to IS 14846 -2000, having stainless steel spindle with cast iron operation wheel at top with nut and bolts and rubber gasket for making joints complete including dismantling and removing/taking out old unserviceable all as specified and as directed of the following sizes:- .

(a) 150mm dia.

(b) 100mm dia.

(c) 80mm dia.

Material and labour for complete cleaning & sterlization of inside by using terbac G5 ,Terback G65 and ultra violet ray for following capacity and type of tank. Seven stages as under follows : 1. drain out the water by using existing valve or own high capacity dewaterinf system of agency. 2. cleaning all the algae formation inside tank by using terback G5 a laboratory tested branded chemical of the company and scrubbing the walls of the tanks. 3. fresh water cleaning by high speed jet pump. 4. first bacteria screening is dejermification by using terback-G5 a govt laboratory certified branded halogen compound. 5. cleaning the floor of water tank by industrial vaccum cleaner. 6. second bacteria screening and sterlization method by using ultra violet ray within the tank and kills all suspended bacteria. 7. cleaning and third bacteria screening is to sterlize the floor of the water tank by using laboratory certified branded strong oxidizing agent terback -G 65. Note: test report of the each cleaning work should be submitted by agency after completion of work.

M & L for preparation for painting of old painted surfaces of filtration plant ( Iron removal filter , Multi grade filter , oxidation chamber , Activated carbon filter and associate filtration pipe line) by scrubbing ,cleaning the outer surfaces ,removing dust , scaling, Carbon over the surfaces and applying the two coat of weatherproof paint of approved colour ( Approved by Engineer-In -charge) with spray machine including writing name of filter , direction of flow with colour code etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Butterfly valve with spindle, gasket bolts, nuts and washers in position of 150 mm bore in IRP supply and delivery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Butterfly valve with spindle, gasket bolts, nuts and washers in position of 100 mm bore in IRP supply and delivery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Butterfly valve with spindle, gasket bolts, nuts and washers in position of 40/50 mm bore in IRP supply and delivery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Non return valve vertical/horizontal type (Suitable as per existing valve) with gasket bolts, nuts and washers in position of 150 mm bore in IRP supply and delivery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply and fixing Non return valve vertical/horizontal type (Suitable as per existing valve) with gasket bolts, nuts and washers in position of 100 mm bore in IRP supply and delivery complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for dismantling the dosing pump assy (Up to 1 HP) from dosing system after removing of nut, bolts etc and taking out the same to civil workshop/at site for repair/replacement of u/s parts descalling of roller assembly , injection check valve , feed rate controler including replacement of suction & discharge tube & nut bolt , ferrule including servicing of pump assy etc refixing and testing etc all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

S & F pressure gauge with isolating valve and siphon 7Kg x 4" dial premium quality material body of pressure rating as per sample/as per site complete all as directed by Engineer-In-charge.

Supply only Chlorine test kit (400 no of test) with all testing fitment and solution complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only pH test kit (400 no of test) with all testing fitment and solution complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Iron test kit(200 no of test) with all testing fitment and solution complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Hardness test kit(200 no of test) with all testing fitment and solution complete all as specified and directed.

Labour for taking out of old and not reuseable supporting bed(pebbles/gravel) and media bed(MnO2/Anthracite/Acticated carbon) complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge. Note: thoese required complete replacement of main media and top up of loss media in supporting bed in pebbles and gravels.

Supply and laying in layer MNO2 (Maganese dioxide) compound in Iron removal filter media plant after isolate the system/bypass the system and opening of filter media as per instruction given by Engineer-In charge complete all as specified and directed . Note: The qty has been taken from existing media description provided during installation however it may differ as per site requirement and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying in layer Anthracite coal in multi grade filter media plant after isolate the system and opening of filter media as per instruction given by Engineer-In charge complete all as specified and directed . Note: The qty has been taken from existing media description provided during installation however it may differ as per site requirement and as directed by Engr in charge.

Supply and laying in layer activated charcoal in activated carbon filter media plant after isolate the system and opening of filter media as per instruction given by Engineer-In charge complete all as specified and directed . Supply and laying in layer crushed pebbles of 12-20 mm size in multigrade/activated carbon & iron removal filter media plant after isolate the system and opening of filter media including reuse of existing gravels as per instruction given by Engineer-In charge complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and laying in layer pebbles of 25-40 mm size in multigrade & iron removal and activated carbon filter media plant after isolate the system and opening of filter media including reuse of existing pebbles as per instruction given by Engineer-In charge complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for dismantling of floor hearth or wall tilling , including cement bedding but not backing and rubbish off the premises

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick rough plastering on vertical fair faces of brickwork surface in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed colourd tiles in vertical surfaces (size recommended by Engineer-In-charge) thick set and jointed in cement slurry and pointed in colour to match complete all as specified and directed.

Testing complete of water sample collection from all pump house hakurbari PH No-1 & 2, CETC amaribari PH,Charduar PH,7 Dogra pump house,Phulbari Pump House ,Hrachura pump house & 5004 ASC Sonaipam pump house in quaterly basis as per parameter held by E in C branch of treated water from govt approved lab for physical and chemical analysis for following parameter atleast (a) Taste (b) turbidity (c) Ph (d)TDS (e) Chloride (f)total alkanity (g) Total hardness (h) calcium (j) Magnesium (k) Total Iron (l) Aresenic (m) Flouride (n) Nitrate (o) Sulphate (p) Odour (q) colour (r)coliform (s) e-coli (t) residual chlorine Note: all these test carried out from as per ISO/IEC 17025 accrediated testing laboratory by any govt test agency or any Nabl accrediated lab and sample collection bottling charges, tranportation charges , report deemed to be included in the quoted rate and the report should be submitted without failure after testing of water sample taken from each PH of 30th/31 day of the each qtr ending no relaxation for any excuse should be for delay or not carried out the test will be taken .

Supply, installed , testing and commsiioning centrifugal pump set of capacity 15 HP alongwith suitable size of star delta starter and with bronze impeller , and directly coupled with motor suitable for head not less than 34 mtr, and discharge min 961 LPM along with base frame operated on AC 3 phase voltage .( The motor and pump should comply to all the requirement of relevant IS) Note:- required pcc foundation for motor incuded in this rate and this motor requirement in any of the 8 Nos treatement plant.

Supply & Fix in replacement CPVC pipes SDR 11 & PlainCPVC SDR 11 fittings of size 16 mm or as per existing pipe size on plant fixed in trenches/overfloor/wall of upvc pipe from dosing plant to sedimentation tank and from dosing plant to existing pipe of unserviceable/blockage/damaged parts only be change after checking testing all specified and directed by Engr-in-charge Note 1: Items ser No 1 to 12 and sl No 35-39 can be carried out in ANY of the water treatment plant and all as directed by engineer in charge. Note 2 : The original installation of the filter media has been carried out in the year 2020 and the same required to be carried out through the installing firm optimus whcih will be better utilisation of the treatment plant or any other firm which has adequate knowledge for changing catalytic media.

S&F in replacement non return vertical valve of size 80mm for booster pump to OHT or for treatment plant to booster pump side, all as specified & directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : This item can be fixed at any of the 8 WTP.
