Disconnecting, dismantling / opening of non functional VCB outdoor type of any description and any make of rating 33 KV, 630/400 Amps capacity for servicing / overhauling, taking out and removing unserviceable/defective parts including cleaning & servicing ,greasing, oiling of the parts etc and replacement of unserviceable parts with new one, reassembling the VCB after overhauling / servicing and its testing complete all as specified and directed. Notes :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A' BOQ’ as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate

Supplying, Laying, testing and commissioning in replacement of UNSV XLPE insulated, PVC sheathed (heavy duty) armoured electric cable 185 Sqmm 3core with aluminium conductor for working voltage upto 11KV (Earthed) ,conforming to IS 7098 Part-II amended upto date complete, laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall / passed through pipe including making necessary connection with VCB/OCB/ 4 pole/2 pole structure etc. complete all as specified and directed. Make:Havells/CCI/ICL/GLOSTER/Incab/Nicco/Polycab/Plaza) as apprived by GE.(NOTE: Earth work, sand cushioning, pipe, clamps for holding cables and PCC protection shall be measured and paid separately )

M&L for Testing and calibration and servicing of 11KV VCB indoor type alongwith control panel and control wiring, protection system and relays by primary & secondary injection system bank/battery chargers/DC system complete all as specified and directed. Note:- calibration & testing will be carried out by machine which will be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangement.

M&L for Testing and servicing of 33/11KV, 3.15 MVA outdoor type transformer and control panel (Indoor type) along with checking control wiring, protection system complete all as specified and directed. as approved by GE. Note:- calibration & testing will be carried out by machine which will be arranged by the contractor under his own arrangement.

Disconnecting, dismantling,and taking out of unserviceable current Transformer from HT complete & Supplying installing commissioning and testing of new current transformer,outdoor epoxy type, ratio 180/0.578 conforming to IS 2705 part I of 1981, 50 Hz for HT 11 KV having insulation level class1-P10, IL-28/75kv , burden of 15VA and breaking capacity 18.4 KA for 1.0 second and necessary thimbles nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for servicing/ overhauling of HT 11 KV 3 phase capacitor bank of rating 74x6= 444 KVAr along with series reactor of 11 KV 3 phase 0.90 KVAr, oil cooled and residual voltage transformer by cleaning complete, checking bus bar connection, including replacement of unserviceable accessories, nut bolts, topping up oil making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed Notes :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A' BOQ’ as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate. (ii) Fresh oil required for top up shall be measured as “supply only” but its heating and filling shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor for above items. (iii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include replacement of small/ minor parts i.e.nut, bolt washers, etc.

Taking down/disconnection the unserviceable existing cable any type and size from control wiring of 33 KV panel to yard complete and supply and laying new cable through pipes/ducts or on walls PVC insulated sheathed, unarmoured, electric cable heavy duty with stranded copper conductor, 1100 Volt Grade of size 2.5 Sqmm 4 core for control wiring of remote panel of 33 KV VCB including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed .

Supply, testing and calibration of IDMT relay CGI-14C over current low and high set & Earth falt low and high set relay type aux voltage 0 to 24 volts DC, CT ratio secendary 1A or 5A , with inbuilt master trip & TCS feature. The setting of relays to off trip match as per the CTs ratio and complete all as specified and directed Make - CG or other equivent make as approvd by GE.

Disconnecting & taking down existing unserveceable PT any description any position, and supply, fixing, installation and testing of PT outdoor type oil cooled,33kv/110volt, HSV-36kv,single phase,IL-70/170kv,VF-1.2 times contineous & 1.5 times for 30 sec,burden-100VA, class-1.0,Earthed type complete all as specified and directed.

Surface excavation in soft/loose soil n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out of soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed by Engr in charge.

M & L for spreading crushed/hand broken 40 mm graded sand stone aggregate around and under area of 4 pole/ 2 pole structure uniformally complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Spread thickness of aggregates shall be measured and cubical content shall be worked out with deduction of 25% for voids for arriving at net qty.

M&L Brickwork with subclass ‘B’ bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 finished even or smooth complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully old unserviceable GI strip of any type and size and Material and labour for laying along the wall/roof GI strip of size 32mm x 6mm complete with all accessories such as porcelain insulators, saddles and fixing screw etc for complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully old unserviceable Test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 3 nos. 8mm dia 25mm long hex. head screw complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking down carefully old unserviceable aluminium strip of any type and size and Material and labour for laying along the wall/roof aluminium strip of size 25mm x 3mm complete with all accessories such as porcelain insulators, saddles and fixing screw etc for conductor all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Old unserviceable batteries 12 Volt, from HT sub station and supply & fixing maintenance free batteries of 12 Volt, 180 AH capacity with electrolyte fully charged battery including interconnection, commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for Filtration and dehydration of transformer oil through filtration plant (Dehydration/centrifuging of transformer oil by means centrifuging machine electrically operated at site of installation of transformer in running condition of transformer including testing of transformer oil before and after centrifuging from top and bottom of transformer complete ) to improve the dielectric strength/insulation value of the transformer oil upto 65 KV/40 KV (RMS) at 2.5 mm gap and filling in transformer 33/11KV, etc complete all as specified and directed Note :- (a) The contractor shall obtain shut down orders in writing before commencement of the work from Engineer-in-charge (b) The contractor shall avoid wastage of existing transformer oil. (c) The contractor shall be solely responsible for any damages to the transformer during process of oil filtration. He is responsible for making good any damage to the transformer at his own cost without any extra cost to the department. (d) The contractor shall ensure that the conservator tanks are full to its level before commencement of dehydration process. (e) Additional qty of transformer oil if any required for making the oil level upto the requirement in transformer shall be measured and paid separately as supply and filling but its cost of heating shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted by tenderer for above item.

Supply, and filling/topping up of transformer insulating oil EHV grade having dielectric strength 65 KV/40 KV (R.M.S) at 2.50mm gap high viscosity confirming to IS – 335 of 1983 in various capacity of transformer 33 /11KV, and 11/0.433 KV respectivelly complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for servicing/ overhauling of HT 33/11 KV 3 phase remote Tap changer Control panel, voltage ratio 33000/11000 cleaning complete, checking all control cables and its connection, including replacement of unserviceable accessories, nut bolts ,making connections and testing complete all as specified and directed Notes :- (i) Replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch ‘A' BOQ’ as supply only but fixing charges of the parts replaced/repaired is deemed to be included in quoted unit rate (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include replacement of small/ minor parts i.e.nut, bolt washers, etc.

Material and labour for painting with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint as per approved colour code of complete 33 KV yard with VCB, Transformer, GI structures, CTs PTs, electric poles, railing etc complete all as specified and directed .

Writing letters or figures on transfers, VCBs or any other installations with suitable colour of paint not exc 30cm height complete all as specified and directed by EIC

Dismantling & taking down of existing worn out / unserviceable aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any description /size & in any position from existing HT Poles/Lines and supply and laying of aluminium conductor, steel reinforced (ACSR) of any size/description on HT poles/lines including stringing, tightening, binding to insulators with aluminium wire making and connecting jumpers, connections etc including connecting, commissioning and testing complete all as specified & directed .

Dismantling & taking out unserviceable steel & iron items from poles i.e cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates etc. including nuts & bolts complete and Supply & fixing cross arms, bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts & bolts , washers , welding bending cold or hot , drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replecement of UNSV jumper with Dog/ Rabit conductor suitable for HT, 11000/33000 volts grade required at site with suitable size of lugs on both end including proper crimpinf etc.complete all as specified and directed ..

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose of soil not exceeding 1.5 metre deep and not exceeding 1.5 mtr width and getting out soil including forming bottom surface to required slope/gradient for laying cables/pipes etc. including removing cable protection covers/ bricks complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) Excavation shall be made carefully in order to avoid damage of existing cables and brick protection. (ii) The excavation work may be carried out in short lengths for locating fault in under ground cables at different locations

M&L for Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for sand filling with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches/ducts for cable protection complete all as specified and directed. (NOTE : Thickness after punning only shall be measured for payment)

Supplying & Laying un-reinforced pre cast flat concrete cable protection cover of class HV, type I, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm, factory made, complete all as specified and directed .
