M&L for providing water proofing treatment over cleaned roof surface with super thermo APP modified water proofing membrance comprising of the following for NON approachable roofs complete all as specified and directed. (i) Cleaning of plastered roof surfaces and applying a coat of bitumen primer @0.30 Kg/sqm on top of dry surface of finished cement mortar plaster or cement concrete surfaces. (ii) One coat of hot blown bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/sqm shall be applied over APP based polymeric membrance. (iii) Applying of APP based polymeric membrance minimum weighing 3 Kg /sqm & minimum 3mm thickness reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced application complete all as specified with overlap of 100mm and the overlap shall be sealed by flame. (iv) Applying two coats of aluminum paint on top of membrane @ 1010kg/ sqm for each coat. Note:- The work of water proofing treatment shall be got executed through expert team of manufacturers or authorized applicator of manufacturer approved by GE.

M&L rendering 20mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 with liquid water proofing Compound as per manufacturers's instructions complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for seperately under respective item of Schedule 'A' BOQ.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound ISI Marked (used 200 ml per bag of cement) complete all as specified and directed.
