Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, for removing/laying pipes, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25cm thick in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated materials (soil) to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, taking up CI/DI water mains 150 mm bore incluidng all fittings with spigot and socket ends/flanged ends including taking out lead joints and rubber joints including removing the pipe from site omplete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix cast iron bends (any radius and angle) tappers any type (Straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket) Tee, Pieces single branch, `Y' junction, double branch, cross( all sokcet or spigot) collars, caps, caps and plugs upto 150 mm dia including taking down the existing unserviceable pipe of any size and type complete all as specified and directed.

Ductile iron pipe (Conforming to IS: 8329) with flanged ends and equally drilled holes of bore 150mm special class K-9 with jointing material i.e. nuts, bolts, washers, gasket of suitable size etc, laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Development of Tube Well (Bore Well) with compressed air and after with 25% extra capacity pump by pumping muddy water complete all as specified.

Yield Test for the Tube Well (bore well) by continously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for refixing/realignment of DI/CI water mains pipe with spigot and socketed ends centrifugally cast of Class `A' ( ISI Marked) in amy length laid in trenches of size 150mm bore complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, testing & commissioning of LT panel board, outdoor type, fllor mounted, factory made suitable for 415 volt, 3 PH, 4 wire , 50 HZ , AC supply system having busbars chamber with copper bus bars duly insulated by insulation of RYB colour 100 Amps rating mounted on porcelain insulators. The panels shall be factory made, double door, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS Sheet (CRCA) totally enclosed dust, vermin & rust proof front operated, front & rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of sie 40X40X6 mm and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer with colour as directed including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size incl lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable etc all as directed at site and comprising of the following:- (A) IN COMMING (a) MCCB four pole 415 Volts AC supply 100 A, thermal magnetic release type 25 KA-01 No (b) Panel mounted multi function meter for measuring voltage (0-500 Volts), Current (0-100 Amps) and frequency -01 No. (c) RYB neon indicating lamp panel mounting type (Set of three ) - 01 N0. (B) OUTGOING (a) MCCB four Pole 415 Volt 16 KA 63 Amp rating thermal magnetic release type -01Nos. (b) Dual stater for 15 HP Motor - 01 Nos ( for submerssible motor ) (c) MCB SPN 240 Volts 10 KA 20 Amp rating -02 Nos (d) Single phase prevantor - 01 No (e) Volt meter -01 (f) Ammeter -01

M&L taking out and lowering down the broken submersible pump set of capacity 12.5 HP and deposit the same in MES store yard and Supply and fixing of submersible pump with motor three phase 415 volts capacity 12.50 HP 200 ft head 480 lpm multi stage CI impeller complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour taking out old pipe 65mm bore and lowering down new column pipe in bore well ERW Steel including specials, of nominal dia 65 mm as per IS - 3589 ( 1981) with thickness 4.8 mm ISI marked of 3.0 meter length having both ends welded flanged with rubber gasket and MS nuts bolts (suitable for submersible pump/cable ) and drill holes complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing three core PVC insulated copper flat submersible cable of size 4Sqmm, 1100 Volts grade ISI marked including taking down the existing three core PVC insulated copper flat submersible cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing galvanised steel water tubing, `Medium grade' with all fittings and fixed complete to walls and ceilings or laid in trenches or on floors including taking down the existing unserviceable pipes of any size and type complete all as specified of folowing size : -

Supply and fix cast iron sluice valve long body type, both ends flanged and drilled, size 80mm bore (ISI marked) conforming to IS:14846-2000 with pressure rating of PN-1.0 with brass spindle and iron wheel head including jointing materials such as nuts, bolts, washers and rubber gaskets etc including taking down the existing unserviceable sluice valve of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.

Brick masonry valve pit of size 60x60x60cm (Internal dimensions of chamber) with brick work in cement mortar 1:6 including plastering internally with 15mm thick cement mortar 1:6 and flush pointed externally with same mortar as work proceeds, 100mm thick PCC 1:3:6 (Nominal Mix) type C-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in foundation, flooring shall be 40mm thick PCC (Nominal mix) B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) laid over 75mm thick hardcore of gauge n.exc. 63mm thick and PCC M-15 (Nominal mix) type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in coping complete with MS sheet cover 3.15 mm thick , MS handle and locking arrangement including provision of angle iron frame 40x40x6mm thick with fixing lugs for cover and 2 foot steps made out of MS 16 mm dia round bar, wash out GI pipe of 50 mm bore, medium grade, 1 metre long, excavations and earth work in any type of soil including removal of surplus spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres and painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including demolition of the existing unserviceable valve pit of any type and size complete all as specified and directed.
