Taking down chowkats or frames n. exc. 1.5 sqm with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 1 above but exc 1.5 sqm but n. exc 4 sqm (without taking of shutters from the frames) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 35mm thick factory made plain framed panelled shutters of 2nd class hard wood two panels with lock rail of 9mm thick BWP commercial ply. The size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (part I) kiln seasoned and chemically pressure treated factory made shutters wood is to be incorporated complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames made out of MS sheet 1.25mm thick of size 105mm x 60mm for doors/windows with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in as in back filling of chowkhat complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel window 1.25mm thick box type (Primer coated) ERW hollow P section of size 85mm x 35mm double rebated comprises gauged,glazed skeleton shutter ERW sec 50mm x 20mm and 1mm thick with two openable leaf consisting two Nos sash bar of T- section 20mm x 3mm complete welded to frame with one vertical mullion of ERW box type T- section of size 30mm x 25mm and 1.25mm thick including cutting holes and making good dismanted portion in PCC M-15, type B-0 (04 Nos for each window, steel duly painted with ones shop coat of Zinc chromate primer on prepared surfaces) and finishing the surface to match with existing including following fitting welded to frame shutter :-(i) hold fast, 150mm long of 12mm x 3mm made to shape -04 Nos per window. (ii) Handle of Z section 20mm x 25mm, 100mm long-1No per leaf. (iii) MS tower bolt 150mm long-2 No per leaf. (iv) Z section 20mm x 25mm, 100 long stopper -1 No per leaf. (v) Cleat 65mm long of hollow square 15mm x 20mm x 63mm welded to hinge- 1 No per leaf. (vi) Mild steel pintle hinge of size 75mm x 12mm - 2 No per leaf. (vii) flat iron fillets of size 20 x 3mm for fixing wire gauge, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F steel ventilators with center hung shutter including two pairs of brass cup pivoted catch spring and pulley wheel complete all as specified and directed.

Galvanized mild steel wire cloth 0.56mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18mm fixed with tinned tacks, or galvanized wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or fixed with bead/glazing pins in squares n exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt with hasp and staple (bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded sections or cast aluminium alloy and fixed 250mm long complete all as specified and directed.
