50.2.26.1 : Filling with contractor own earth (excluding rock) in open areas in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m as per direction of site Engineer-in-charge. (Quantity by level calculation and reporting to CTE as per norms and deducting earth available at site from excavation).

2.8.1 : Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) /manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift up to 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m.All kinds of soil

60.7.1 : DRY RUBBLE MASONRY _ Dry rubble without concrete levelling course masonry with good quality blasted rubble including packing to compactness to lines and levels cost and conveyance of all materials labour charges etc. complete as per direction of Departmental officers at site.

7.1.1 : Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) up to plinth level with:Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

50.18.9.19.2 : Providing and fixing PVC pipes including fixing the pipe with clamps/clips at 1.00 m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes with one step PVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge 110 m dia 4 Kgf/cm2 - External work - Exposed on wall

16.78.2 : Construction of Granular sub- base by Providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, Carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer-in- Charge.With material conforming to Grade-II (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) having CBRValue-25. (Quantity by level calculation and reporting to CTE as per norms).

GOAL POST AND OUT SIDE NET

10.16.1 : Steel work in built up tubular (round, square or rectangular hollow tubes etc.) trusses etc., including cutting, hoisting, fixing position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer, including welding and bolted with special shaped washers etc. complete.Hot finished welded type tubes. Make: TATA, JSW, VIZAG, SAIL or eq in the order of pref. and testing quality in Govt. Lab as per Norms.

Supplying and fixing nylon net for sides of the ground as per FIFA/SAI standards and the direction of Client/Engineer at site. Minimum 42 Gauge with a 380 lb. breaking test including prior sample approval and direction of Engineer at site.

TURFING

Providing and laying FIFA GRASS 8820 stitches / sqm, Dtex :13000, Backing : PP+Net, Yam Material : Diamond Monofil PE, Color : Field / Lemon Green, Pile height 50mm including prior sample approval from Client/ KEL and direction of Engineer at site.( as per FIFA/SAI standards)

Filling of Black colured rubber seeds of Granular size 1 to 3 mm fill into artificial turf ( as per FIFA/SAI standards)

Providing and laying silica sand for filling into grass @25 kg/m2 ( as per FIFA/SAI standards)

Supply and installation and commitiong of electrification of the court including preparation of estimate based on PRICE/PWD schedule, preperation of drawing and getting approval from KEL/client and payment after deducting tender below.

All electrical materials/equipments shall be of best branded items with ISI, strictly as per schedule specification

Panel Boards: CPRI certified reputed manufacturers make

MCB/ELCB/DB - L&T/LEGRAND/SCHNEIRDER or equivalent

Cables & wires - Finolex/KEI/POLYCAB/RPG/V-GUARD

Switches/Sockets/Regulators - SCHEIDER/ABB/HAVELS/LEGRAND or equivalent

Rigid PVCPipes/Casing & Capping - A-ONE/REPUTED MAKE with ISI , Precession, Balco, GEO

Cable Glands & Sockets - REPUTED MAKE , Cosmos

Indicating Lamps - TEKINIC/RISHUB/STC, L&T, Schneider or equivalent

Ceiling/Exhaust fan: Havells, Orient, Usha, Crompton Greaves, Bajaj

Rate should be inclusive of preparation of schematic diagram and getting approval from KSEB/Electrical Inspectorate. Statutory fees paid to KSEB/EI shall be paid by us separately.

Detailed List of approved brand/make of Electrical items enclosed.

Providing and fixing of Foundation stone and name board as per LSGD standards including lettering, fixing in position etc as per design, Approval from KEL/Client and direction of Client/Engineer at site.

Note :1 All materials, Items, Equipment shall be best branded items with IS and approved by client/KEL

2:Rate should be inclusive of Insurance,Transportation, delivery and installation cost for all items

3.Rate should be Exclusive of GST.

4.Work should be executed as per DSR/PWD specification/SAI/FIFA standards and direction of Engineer at site.
