Providing and fixing 35 mm (thirty five millimetre) thick 2nd class deodar wood glazed shutters for doors, windows and clerestory windows using 5.5 mm (five point five millimetre) thick single float glass panes, including, beading, ISI marked M.S. pressed butt hinges bright finished of required size with necessary screws including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 12 mm (twelve millimetre) thick flat pressed 3 (three) layer medium density particle board or graded particle board (Grade I) IS: 3087 marked, in ceiling with necessary nails etc. complete (frame work to be paid separately): including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. BP Sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (one point sixty six millimetre to two millimetre) thick in eaves board/facia/soffits/ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. (Base members of steel work shall be measured & paid separtely)

Providing and fixing aluminium sliding door bolts, ISI marked anodised (anodic coating not less than grade AC 10 as per IS : 1868), transparent or dyed to required colour or shade, with nuts and screws etc. complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge. a) 300 x 16 mm (three hundred into sixteen millimetre)

Providing and fixing 150mm (one hundred fifty millimetre) oxidised M.S. double acting spring hinges with necessary screws etc. complete including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing glass strips in joints of terrazo/ cement concrete floors. 40 mm (fourty millimetre) wide and 4 mm (four millimetre) thick including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. tube @ hand rail of approved size by welding etc. to steel ladder railing, balcony railing, staircase railing and similar works, including applying priming coat of approved steel primer including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

15 mm (fifteen millimetre) cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix :1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Pointing on stone work with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) : Flush/ Ruled pointing including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Wall painting with premium acrylic emulsion paint of interior grade, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 (fifty)grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required to achieve even shade and colour. Two coat including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Distempering with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications : Painting wood work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint of required shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm (zero point ninety liter per ten square metre) over an under coat of primer applied @0.75 ltr/10 sqm (zero point seventy five liter per ten square metre)of approved brand and manufacture including carriage of materials with in all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.
