M&L for Cement Concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in Foundations, Filling and Mass Concrete including use and waste Formwork as ordered/required at Site, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks), Straight or Curved on Plan exc. 6.0 Metre mean Radius, built in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick Work with Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks (with Old Size Bricks),less than half brick thick on wall built in cement Mortar 1:3 complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling Bricks (laid Flat in Floor or laid on Side Walls of Brick Drains, Channels), etc., Bricks laid, bedded and pointed in any Cement Mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Brick Work with old size Sub-Class ‘B’ Bricks, laid on Edge as Side Walls of Brick Drains in Slope, Bedded and Jointed in Cement Mortar 1:6 and Pointed in Cement Mortar 1:3, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagte) as in coping bed block etc complete all as specified and directed

M & L for rendering in cement mortar (1;4) 15MM thick on concrete /brick masonry wall surfaces, mixed with WPC @ 2% of cement, finished even and smooth using extra cement, complete as specified and directed

Cleaning to Drain by taking out Brick Bat, Pebbles, Slits, Muds, Clay, Sludge etc from the bottom of Drains and culvert bed and removing to a distance not exc 50.00 Meter and depostied, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete type D-2 (1:4:8) (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type D-1 (1:2:4) (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/hardstanding/sub base complete all as specified.

M&L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment including 50mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick cement concrete as in plinth protection type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) finishing concrete surface even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-polished Chequered cement concrete tiles of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment in floors including screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre-cast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in Cover Slab of Manholes, Septic Tanks, etc., set in Cement Mortar 1:4 including demolition of existing RCC slabs ., complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE : Reinforcement will be Measured and Paid separately under relevant item.

M&L for TMT Bars 10mm dia, and over cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for Columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.90mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including Cement Mortar Bedding (but not backing), removing from the Sites and rubbish off the Premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Heavy duty (Dura stone) Coloured Ceramic Tiles 300x300x8-10mm thick, in Floors, set and jointed in neat Cement Slurry and pointed in White Cement mixed with Pigment to match the colour of tiles over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (RCC, ) any section embedded in natural ground, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed ground in any type of soil complete.

Excavation in post holes or simillar hole each n exc. 0.5 cum, getting out, returning , filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layer not exc 25cm in soft/loose soil .

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified

S & F MS framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing, quality confirming to Fe-290 (Gde-E-165) complete all as specified.

M&L for MS work for fencing post and struts made from angle iron and flat iron in any section including cutting tops to shape , drilling holes and notching for fixing of wires etc confirming to Fe -290 or Fe -330, with and incl necessary nut and bolts of 12mm dia of reqd length complete.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Supply only chain link MS Zink coating 60gsm as per IS 4826 fencing of 75mm mesh size and 4mm dia or wire complete all as specified.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wire, any mesh, size and any type of standards rails straining bolt etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire, 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, includigng, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete.

S & F in repairs of seccon concertina coil 600mm dia (before stretching) with 10-12 stands of SRPBT wire of minimum dia 2.59 tensile strength of 1620 N/Sqmm with anticorrosive mint green paint conforming IS -513DD grade & IS -4454 Part I/1981 grade-II for respective material of razor bldg and core wire including all fixing arrangements as per manufactures instruction for fixing & erection complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge

Demolition of stone slabs tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid bedeed and pointed in any morter etc

M&L for Granite of any type 20MM thick cut beded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 in floors

All as per items No 33 but fixed in vertical surfaces of wall but 10mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4

M & L for preparing new or perviously untreated Steel and Iron surfaces of any description, over 10 CM width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic Enamel paint (First quality) over a Red oxide Zinc chorme pimer, complete all as specified

M&L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint

M&L for complete removal of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed. (Note :- Work to be carried out upto height of 20m above or less)
