Excavation in foundation ,Trenches etc in earth work in all kind of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting work and chiselling / wedging out of meteres cler from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 cms layers,when required into plinths,sides of foundations etc.consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth curing including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement:six sand :twelve graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimeter) nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centring and shuttering in:Foundation and plinth curing including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm (three point fifteen milimeter) thick welded with angle iron frames 30x30x5mm (thirty into thirty into five milimeter) so as to give a fair finish including centering,shuttering,strutting and proping etc. with wooden battens and ballies heights of propin and centering below supporting floor to ceilling in all heights and removel of the same for in-situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

(a) Foundation ,footings, basis of columns and the like and mass concrete.

(b) Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like: Floors, etc. upto any thickness.

(c) Columns pillars, posts, and struts square, rectuangular or polygonal in plan

Edges of slabs and breads in floors and walls. Under 20 cm wide.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and bibarted cement conrete 1:1:5:3 in position machine batched,machine mixed and machine vibrated design mix.cement concrete of M-20 grade for reinforced cement concrete structural elements,excluding cost of centering /shuttering,finishing and reinforcement work including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto floor two level :Tor Steel :curing including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing woodwork in frames of doors,windows,clerestory,windows and other frames wrought, framed and fixed in position 2nd class deodar wood.curing including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing panelled glazed or panelled and glazed shutters for doors windows and clerestory windows. Including black enamelled iron butt hinges with necessary screws.2nd class deodar wood curing including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing wire gauge shutters using galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation 85 G. with wire of dia 0.56 mm for doors windows and clerestorey windows including bright finished black enamelled iron hinges with necessary screws.2nd class deodar wood.curing including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in :- Cement Mortar 1:6 (one Cement : six Sand) Second Class Bricks Super-structure above plinth level upto floor two level (Second Class Bricks).curing including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Boulder filling dry hand packed tightly as in wire crate apron bund (wire crates to be measured separately). including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 10mm thick anti skid water proof stain and impect resistent heavy duty vetrified tiles Nitco or equivalant 600x600mmx10mm (six hundred milimeter into six hundred milimeter into ten milimeter )manufactured of approved shade and colour in flooring, treads of steps and landings laid over 12mm (twelve milimeter) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement : three sand) jointed with cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles as required complete. including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

6mm Cement plaster to ceiling (a) In Cement mortar 1:3(1 Cement:3 Sand) complete with in all respect.including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm Cement plaster in single coat on the rough side of brick/ concrete/stone walls for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth. 1:5 (one Cement: five Sand). curing complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces two coats to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter. with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Distempering (two coats) with oil bound washable distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surfaces to give an even shade over and including a priming coat with distemper primer of approved brand and Manufacture after thoroughly brushing the surface free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. Priming coat with distemper primer including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing M.S. grills of required patterns in wooden frames of windows etc. with M.S.Flats, square or round bars with round headed bolts and nuts or by screws.Plain grill. with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing anodized aluminium sliding door bolt anodized colour and shade with bolts and nuts screws etc. complete 300x16mm (three hundred into sixteen milimetre) with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium tower bolts (berrel type) anodized trans parent or dyed to required shade and colour with screws etc. complete . Random rubble masonry/polygonal rubble masonry (uncoursed/brought to courses) with hard stones of approved quality in foundation and plinth including leveling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (one cement :six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimeter nominal size) at plinth level in Cement Mortar 1:6(one cement:six sand) curing complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Applying priming coat over new wood and wood based surfaces after and including prepering the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil,grease,dirt and other foreign matter) sand papering and knotting. Readymixed paint brushing with white lead for priming complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting two coats (excluding priming coat)on new wood and wood based surfaces,with readymixed paint,brushing to give an even shade including cleaning of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter sand papering and stopping Readymixed paint other then white curing complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing under layer for plinth protection of 75mm (seventy five milimeter ) thick (unconsolidated) bed dry brick/stone aggregated 40mm (forty milimeter ) nominal size with rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including preparation of ground with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing plinth protection 50mm thick in cement concrete 1:3:6 (one Cement : three Sand : six graded stone aggregated 20mm (twenty milimeter )nominal size) and curing complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Brick edging (Brick laid on edge) to plinth protection with bricks including grounting with cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Sand). Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete 100mm (hundred milimeter ) dia pipes complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing on wall faces PVC (D-Plast) accessories for rain water pipes including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete PVC Plain bend 150mm (one hundred fifty milimeter ) dia complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying and fixing rolling shutters of approved make made of 80 mm X 1.25mm M.S laths interlocked together through their entire length and joined together at the end by end locks mounted on specially designed pipe shaft,with brackets side guides and arrangements for inside and outside locking with push pull operation complete but excluding the cost of the top cover and spring. Shutters having width below 3.5 metres. complete with in all respect. including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 27.5 centimetre long wire spring grade No.2 for rolling shutters. complete with in all respect.including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing top cover for rolling shutters. Shutters having width bolow 3.5 metre. complete with in all respect.including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing ball bearingfor rolling shutters. complete with in all respect.including carriage of material in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Excavation in soil in Hilly area in all heights and depths in all kinds of soils manual/mechanical means including saturated soils comprising of ordinary soil, soft rock, hard rock, chiseling/wedging out of rock (where blasting is prohibited) and their intermediate classification of soils setting out true to the required line, grades width cutting and trimming of side slope and level as shown on the drawing adn as directed by the Engineering in charge at site according to the MORD technical specification clause 1603.1,1603.2 and sorting out useful materials and stacking the same in all leads and lifts in acquired width of the road and transportation of in use the material for filling in rod ways camber, embankments for grade improvement dumping sites by Engineer-in-Charge througth all modes of transporatation including head load or animal transport or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and carriage of mechineries materials, tools, equipments and safty measures and incidental required. Any loss to the public property/private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor with shall have to be duly compensated by him in all cases as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. iThe rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax or other taxes imposed by the Government. A recovery of useful stone for 82.63 cubic meter at the rate Rs.300/-(Rupees three hundred) only per cubic meter amounting to Rs. 24,789/-only shall be effected on pro-rata basis from each running bill for this item.

Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto any lead, dressing of sides and bottoms and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials including curing including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain / reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 802,803,1202 & 1203. Plain cement concrete nominal mix 1:6:12 (one cement : six sand : twelve graded stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimetre) nominal size) including curing including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundation complete as per drawing and technical specification Clause 802,803,1202 and 1203 as per entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge. cement concrete 1:4:8(One cement : four sand: eight aggregate) including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Stone masonry in cement mortar for sub structure complete as per drawing and technical specification clauses 702,704,1202 & 1204 Random rubble masonry in cement mortar 1:5. (one cement : five sand) curing complete with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials complete and as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Construction of dry rubble masonry for retaining walls, breast walls, revetment walls and parapets etc for sub structure and super structure complete as per Drawing and technical specifications clauses 704.6 & 1302.5 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Back filling behind abutment wing wall and return wall complete as per Drawing and technical specifications clause 1204.3.8 Granular material including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing weep hole in brick masonry/ stone masonry / plain reinforced concrete abutment , wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia.(one hundred millimetre diametre) PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1V:20H (one vertical isto twenty horizontal) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 614,709,1204.3.7 including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.
