Pipe including earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leaking joint including tar cutting / concrete cutting, without causing any damages to the line and specials, cleaning the joints including raking out the damaged hemp and lead, conveying hemp and lead and providing lead joint after cleaning the joint, charging and testing to the required pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges of conveyance and hire for tools and plant, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, providing caution boards, traffic diversion, including cost of materials and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete, but excluding the cost of pig lead.

100.48.4.6:Rectification of breakages up to 2.0m length in 250mm C.I. Pipes, including earthwork excavation in all kinds of soil for exposing leak portion of the pipe including tar cutting / concrete cutting, by cutting and removing and stacking the damaged portion from the existing line without causing any damages to the line and specials and replacing with Collar and jointing with hemp & lead after cleaning the ends, centering the pipe, testing the line to the required test pressure, rectifying any defects noticed and refilling the trenches using excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm depth, including consolidating each layers by ramming, watering, removing the surplus soil from the work site, without causing any damages to any other utilities, including the charges of hire & conveyance of tools and materials to the leak site, bailing out water, lighting, watching, ribbon fencing, caution boards, traffic diversion and as per the direction of departmental officers etc., complete, but excluding the cost of pipes, collar and pig lead.
