To operate, repair and maintain all civil works and electro-mechanical equipments relating to sewerage system of Kangra town which consists of Sewage Treatment Plants of capacity 1.46 MLD & 0.63 MLD Zone II & III respectively including wet well and complete sewer network that includes running the laboratories and prescribed tests for a period of Five years in all respect to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge completely complying to the stringent effluent standards laid down by the HP State Pollution Control Board and in accordance with the CPHEEO manual.
