Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen 80/100 grade (Medium setting) (Bulk) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.25 TO 0.3 kgs kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MORTH & specification 503 (4th revision) and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge, but excluding seigniorage charges

Providing 25 mm thick compacted Semi-Dense Bituminous concrete by hot mix plant using hard blasting granite crushed aggregates of grading - II as per table 500-15 of specification 508 OF MORTH (4th Revision), premixed with bituminous binder 60/70 grade @ 5% of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with mechanical paver finisher to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification 508 (4th Revisoin) complete for finished item of work in all respects as directed by Engineer-in-Charge (Payment will be made based on levels for finished item of work) RBR- BASE 8

Supplying of hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound, 2.5mm thick including reflectorsing glass beads @ 250gms with reflectorising degree centigrade D) Adhesion: Strong E) Softening point: 102 degree centrigrade F) Dried film finish: Smooth and uniform G) Night vision: High as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge and confirming to IS:164-1961 (1st revision reaffirmed in 1986) and clause conforming to IRC 35-1997 etc etc complete as per ss and 211glass beads on bituminous surface at 250 gms per sqm area, thickness of 2.5mm is exclusive of surface applied glass bead as per IRC:35, the material should be of BERGER company /BERGER equivalent and must comply with the following: a) White index for the product should be in the range of 60-70 when measured against standard reference. The applied panel 7/8 number must be submitted for checking up the white index in the department lab. In case the department approves the white index of any vendor, the department engineer may carryout random checking of the applied products at site against the approved panel. In case of any major deviation, beyond acceptance limit, department reserve the right to cancel or reject the total supplied consingment of the said material and will compell the vendor has to repalce the full consignment by the desired material as per approved panel at his own cost and additional demurrages may be claimed due to loss of man days (as per the rules of the department) b) Luminance factor of the material should be in the range of 80- 85% at 45degree centigrade as per AASTHOM 249. c) Crack resistance: The applied panel cured for 7 days under ambient condition and then should be tested as per BS3262, part-1 1989 and should pass at the range of '0' degree centigrade to '-10' etc complete as ditrctor by the officer in charge of the work

Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications Clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material as per Technical Specification 305 MORD / 304 MORTH By manual means

Manufacturing supply and fixing of M.S.Grill Gate with M.S.Angulars, M.S.Flats. The rate including cost and conveyance of all material and labour charges for fabrication of steel work including cost of welding rods , power charges and fixing the grills in position etc., complete as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.

Providing Painting with Synthetic Enamel paints - Two Coats - For New Iron Work over a primary coat of Red oxide over all three coats. The rate cinluding cost and conveyance of all material, labour charges, etc., complete as per SS and as directed by the departmental officer in charge of the work.
