Dismantling tiled flooring in all thicknesses laid in cement mortar upto all floor level including stacking of serviceable material and disposing of all unserviceable material to the disposal point (Wooden/concrete joists to be measured and paid for separately) including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying water proofing treatment with five coat of polymer sika Raintite 1@ 0.30 Kg/sqm/coat (one at the rate of zero point thirty kilogramme per squaremetre) (1 (one) part raintite-0.5(zero point five) part cement) coating by sand witching fiber mesh over one coat of polymer primer coat of sika Rainttite 1@ 0.20kg/sqm (one at the rate of zero point twenty kilogramme per square metre) (1 (one) part Raintite-I, 8 (eight) part water, 2 (two) part cement) followed by cleaning the surface thoroughly, repairing the damaged surface and cracks with polymer mortar @ 0.16 Kg/bag (at the rate of zero point sixteen) of cement (1 (one) part sika Raintite diluted with 1 (one) part water, 2 (two) part cement, and 1(one) part fine sand) injection grouting with cement slurry by admixing non shrink grout, making PCC coving/gola all around at junction of vertical horizontal surfaces. The vital technical parameters of the material shall be as under: Chemical base Acrylic based multipurpose polymer density-1.03kg/1 at 28 deg C (one point zero three kilogramme per one at twenty eight degree centigrade . and polymer content-28.0% (twenty eight point zero percent) by weight including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Applying priming with cement primer coat on new concrete /masonry / asbestos cement / plastered surfaces after and including preparing the surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Readymixed primer including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Painting two coats (excluding priming on new concrete masonry / plaster surfaces with readymixed paint brushing for use on floors to give an even shade including cleaning the surface of all dirt,dust and other foreign matter and sand papering as required with Paint other than white including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing from work with mild steel plates 3.15mm (Three point one five millimeter) thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5mm(Thirty into thirty into five millimeter ) so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting , propping and centring with wooden battens and ballies in all heights below supporting floor to celling and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work, including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge .

Columns, pillars, posts and struts square rectangular or polygonal in plan in any floor.

Beams, cantilever, girder and lintel, sides and soffits of beams, beam haunchings, cantilevers, bressumers and lintels in any depth in all heights from floor.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement : one point five sand : three graded stone aggregate 20mm (twenty milimetre) nominal size and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, cantilevers upto floor two level including entire carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and laying tor steel reinforcement for reinforced cement concrete work including bending , binding and placing in position complete in all heights including cost of binding wire and including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

15mm (fifteen millimeters) thick cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick concrete / stone walls for interior plastering upto all floor level including arrises internal rounded angles, chamfers and / or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty millimeters) in girth and finished even and smooth in cement mortar 1:6 ( One cement : six sand) and curing complete including entire carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per of the direction Engineer- in- Charge.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in trusses and trussed purlins in buildings including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point sixty milimetre) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified poliyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating to black coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six milimetre) with prepainted G.I limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accesories as required as per direction of Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing ridges or hips overall 60 cm (sixty centimetre with 0.60mm (zero decimal six zero millimetre ) thick prepainted steel sheet in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 (twenty) micron over 5 (five) micron primer coating to black coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (six millimetre) diametre with prepainted G.I. limpet and bitumen washers complete with all accessories as required as per the direction and entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge with in all leads and lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing mild steel BP sheet 1.66mm to 2mm (one point six six millimetre to two millimetre) thick in eaves board, facia, soffits, ceiling including cutting, fixing and welding to to steel roof members and applying a coat of red lead primer complete as per the instruction of Engineer-in-charge (Base members of steel work shall be measured and paid for separately) including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.

Providing and fixing 0.63mm(Zero point sixty three millimeter) thick G.I. sheet 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) wide 45cm(Forty five centimeters) over all semicircular plain G.I Sheet gutter with iron brackets 40x3 mm (Forty into three millimeter) size bolts and nuts and washers etc. including making necessary connection with rain water pipe complete including entire carriage of materials in all leads and lifts as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing 100mm ( one hundred milimetre) dia pipes on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.5 kg/sq. mtr. ( four point five kilogramme per square metre ) including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals.
