Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment and applying wall care white putty thickness not less than 1mm and sand papering surfaces to achieve smooth surfaces and applying two coats of acrylic based distemper emulsion over a coat of cement based primer, white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery,electrical fittings, wiring etc. , of drops and splashes complete all as specified .

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing), in floors, aprons etc .laid dry or laid dry and pointed including removing of demolished material from work site at any distance outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.complete all as specified.

Material and labour for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles (1st quality) 7 to 8mm thick ( square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15 mm thick screeding in CM 1:6 complete all as specified (Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for glazed ceramic coloured / digital printed of size (350 x 250 mm / 450 x 350 mm x 7 mm thick ) as in vertical surfaces such as skirting/dado / riser to steps etc conforming to IS - 13712 grade IB-III set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles over and including cement screed bed / backing layer of 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor/ verticle surface by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc.and prepare the surface to receive tiles including applying 3Kg/Sqm cement slurry complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for machine cut Kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick as in verticle surfaces such as riser of steps , skirting , dado and pillar etc over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete over and including 10 mm thick plaster as screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified.( Note Screed bed shall not be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for water proofing treating to RCC roof with providing and applying single component acrylic polymer modified, fibre reinforced waterproof coating Roof Guard in 4 coats of application:- (a) apply primer coat with primer @ 0.3 Kg /sqm, (b) Over primer coat apply water proofing fibre reinforcement a length of appox 1 Mtrs @ 0.75 kg/Sqm on flat surface and ensure that there is no bubbles of creases, overlapping of the fibre is minimum of 50 mm and allow this coat dry for a period of 2-6 hours depending on atmospheric condition. (c) Apply second coat of water proofing coat @ 0.75 Kg/Sqm. (d) Apply final coat of primer @ 0.08 kg/Sqm after seconf coat dried properly. (Note : Water proofing treatment work shall be carried out by applicator of manufacturer only duly approved by GE in writiing.

Material and labour in repairs for water proofing treatment to sunken floor with the following course of treatment/ specification including taking down old and existing one complete: (i) Cleaning top surface of floors /slabs and laying 50 mm thick (avg) PCC of grade 1:3:6 , type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) , mixed with WPC as per manufactrrer's instruction laid in slope 1:20 towards spouts including coveting corners (ii) 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on sides mixed with WPC as pe rmanufacturer's instruction. (iii) Applying 1st layer of slurry @ 0.488 kg / sqm mixed wth acrylic based polymer modified cementious compound @ 0.253 kg /sqm This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4 hrs. (iv) applying 2nd layer of slurry @ 0.242 kg/sqm mixed with accrylic based polymer modified cementenous compound @ 0.126 kg/sqm.This layer shall be allowed to air cured for 4hrs followed with water curing for 48 hrs. (v) Applying a coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 penetration @ 1.50 kg/sqm on plastered and concrete surfaces (vi) Providing 150 micron thick polyutethene paint in two coats (each of 75 micron measured dry on dry surface over a coat of PU primer including preparation . (Make of PU primer - Dek guard EP -302 of M/S Fosroc or equivalant approved brand.Make of PU paint - Dek guard PUor equivalant approved brand. (vii) 2 Nos 32mm bore GI medium grade 450mm long spout ,to be provided through external wall to drainout accumulated water. (vii) Sunken floor shall be tested for water tighness by filling water for 72 hrs before and after treatment work is carried out and ensure that no leakage /seepage exists (ix) Sunken portion shall be filled with lean concrete of grade M7.5 stone agreegate

Excavating in post holes in soft/ loose soil ( or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu.m. getting out, returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around , in layer not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 M complete all as specified.
