Taking down old existing water proofing APP membrane only of any thickness from the roof surface, parapets and walls and removing out of MoD land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Demolition of cement concrete including cement screed roof tiles of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed .

For filling opening (holes in roof slab) M&L for filling the old dummy cable opening /holes over the roof slab, 75 mm to 100mm dia and depth thickness of slab with chemical Grout including chipping old concrete, removing dummy cable pieces and cleaning the opening, etc complete all as specified . Make: FOSROC (Conbextra GP 2)/BOSTIC (Flow fill Grout GP)/SIKA (Grout 214)

For crack filling over roof slab Cutting the Groove 5 mm wide and 5 mm deep on the terrace mother slab whereever cracks are observed, cleaned with blower and Providing and applying low viscous epoxy grout Fosroc Nitofill EPLV into the grooves complete all as specified and as directed.

For injection grouting at points of leakage (soffit of roof ceiling) Providing and installing mechanical injection grouting ports and injecting rapid foaming and setting resin PU foam injection Fosroc Nitofill 11R grout which reacts with contact of water and seal the crack and making waterproofing complete all as specified and as directed.

For crack filling (soffit of roof ceiling) Cutting the V groove 6-8mm wide on the soffit of slab/ ceiling surface 10mm deep whereever cracks are observed, cleaned and Providing and applying sealing the crack with Fosroc Nituseal PU40N/Nitoseal PU50 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Prepration for chemical waterproofing treatment as per following specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge : (i) Grinding the RCC roof slab surface with machenical grinder to make the surface even and remove all the undulations,followed by cleaning, washing, removing all dirt/ dust using electrical blower complete. (ii) Applying cement slurry coat admixed with Fosroc Nitobond SBR Latex as per manufacturers instructions over the cleaned surface and providing and laying 45 GSM fibre mesh embedded in cement slurry. (iii) Finishing the depressions using polymerised mortar admixed with Nitobond SBR Latex.

M & L for application of chemical water proofing treatment as per following specification complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge :- (i) Applying a coat of Epoxy primer, Fosroc Nitoproof WB Primer, a two component product that is mixed as per manufactuer's specification and is diluted with double quantity of water. It is applied by roller at a coverage of 8-10 m/liter. The applied primer shall reach tack-free condition before waterproffing coating is applied. (ii) Application of Two coats of Fosroc Nitoproof 600 PF Polyurethane elastomeric seamless waterproofing coating of DFT 1.30 mm wtih a coverage of 2 kg/Sqm, a single component pitch free polyurethane based coating with roller that cures by reaction with atmospheric moisture to form a tough but flexible waterproofing membrane, The second coat should be applied in perpendicular direction to the First coat. Termination to be done on wall extending the coating to min.150mm height above the finished floor level. Nitoproof 600 PF having a elongation capacity of over 400% The material shall comply to - ASTM C 836. Elongation (ASTM D412) : >400 %, Tensile Strength of 2.5 N/mm* (ASTM D 412) : >400% , Tensile Strength of 2.5 N/mm (ASTM D 412)Specific gravity : 1.4 g/cc, Solid content: 85%, Modulus @ 100% elongation (ASTM D412): 0.62 N/mm?, Tear resistance (ASTM D624) : 15 N, Water vapour transmission (ASTM E96) : 0.6 g/m/hr., Water permeability @ 5 bar : Nil, Shore A hardness (ASTM D2240) : 60 Note: (i) Flood Test Prior to placement of screed protection, flood to a minimum depth of 50mm of water for 24 hours. Drains shall be plugged and barriers placed to contain the water. (ii) Item No 3 to 8 shall be executed by authorized applicators of the manufacturers only.

M&L for providing and fixing 150 GSM non woven Polypropylene geo textile membrane with over lap of minimum 50mm as protective medium before screed concrete works over waterproofing treatment complete all as specfied and as directed.

M&L M20 grade Ready mix concrete layer as in screed concrete course laid in pannels over roof treatment including necessary formwork and filler boards to maintain proper slope, finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
