The intending bidder should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value) as a prime contractor, at least one Civil Maintenance Work of value not less than Rs.48.14 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) in the last Five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). The work done certificate issued by the Competent Authority not below the rank of Chief Engineer in case of KPCL works and not below the rank of Executive Engineer and equivalent in case of other Government Organizations is to be uploaded in the Technical bid. (Work done of previous years shall be given weightage at 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27).

The Intending bidder in his name should have achieved in at least Two financial years an average annual financial turnover of Rs.96.27 Lakhs (Inclusive of GST) during the last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 and 2025-26). The bidder shall submit the certified copy of the Profit and Loss account or turnover certificate duly certified by the chartered Accountant & the same shall be uploaded along with the Technical bid. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given weightage of 10% per year to bring them to the present price level of financial year 2026-27).

My/our offer has no conditions contravening the commercial conditions of the bid. d. I/we will carry out the collection of garbage from door to door at in all the Types of Quarters such as Type-I, Type-II, Type-III, Type- IV, Type-V, Type- VI, Type-VII, Type B, Type C and RPCL Multi-storied Quarters. Along with door-to-door collection of garbage, I/we will ensure the collection of garbage from dustbins and its surrounding area provided at entire colony and all along the main roads and internal road sides. The conveyance and disposal of garbage will be carried out as per the specification, frequency and as per the direction of engineer-in charge
