Designing, fabricating, testing, installing and fixing in position Curtain Wall with Aluminium Composite Panel Cladding, with open grooves for linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building , for all heights and all levels etc. including: (a) Structural analysis & design and preparation of shop drawings for pressure equalisation or rain screen principle as required, proper drainage of water to make it watertight including checking of all the structural and functional design. SUBSTATION COMPARTMENT:
Supply, Installing, Testing & Commmissioning of 11 kV Package Substation outdoor type designed for natural cooling having type tested equipment comprising Non extensible RMU, distribution transformer, Low voltage switch board, interconnection between HT switch gear and transformer using single core cables and transformer to LT switch gear using Al. bus bars / cables, factory built / ready for connection type, other associated equipment etc. complete as required conforming to detailed specification laid down in the attached specification. The enclosure shall have modular construction using 2mm GI sheets and 4 mm for base frame and shall be powder coated with RAL 1001 cream paint. The enclosure for LT switchgear & HT switchgear shall be provided with IP 54 ingress protection. The transformer compartment will have IP 23 ingress protection. The transformer used shall be specially designed for low losses as per ECBC norms. The earthing shall be suitable for 35 kA fault current. SUB-HEAD III: 415V LT PANELS
Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring & supply, installation, testing & commissioning of MV Panels fabricated out of 2mm thick for structural members (Load bearing members) and 1.6mm thick for door and covers (Non load bearing members) CRCA painted sheet steel in cubicle formation with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channels, T irons, flats wherever necessary for large meter boards. Cable gland plates shall be provided at top and bottom both and windows for meter reading, locking arrangement (pad-lock & seal) with wiring upto KWH meter & meter to MCB shall be done by using adequately rated flexible single core copper wire. The boards shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per standards with final approved shade of powder coated as approved, 2 nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for all panels. The boards shall be suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system. Boards shall be fabricated in length, height, depth etc to match with site conditions.
An approval shall be taken for each panel before manufacturing. Galvanised hardwares with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of boards.
Note: The following provisions shall be required to be made in the switchboard detailed below

DG Control System (AMF Panel) :
Each DG breaker Cubicle shall be provided with various components associated with AMF panel and shall comprise of:
The features of AMF logic, Auto/manual/test, start/stop, EM stop operation including 3 attempt start feature, idle running timer, resumption of power supply after some time when EB supply has come back, shall be provided and integrated in the DG breaker cubicle. Set of relays, timer, Aux. Contactor etc as required for meeting the requirement of successful AMF shall be provided.
Notes :
BOQ given above is for a composite panel identifying the scope of supplies. However, bidder shall include all such components as are necessary for a successful and safe AMF scheme in both manual as well as on auto & PLC mode. PLC based DG control panel shall be integrated in the SECTION # 1 & 2.

Design, fabrication, assembling, wiring & supply, installation, testing & commissioning of MV Panels fabricated out of 2mm thick for structural members (Load bearing members) and 1.6mm thick for door and covers (Non load bearing members) CRCA painted sheet steel in cubicle formation with reinforcement of suitable size angle iron, channels, T irons, flats wherever necessary for large meter boards. Cable gland plates shall be provided at top and bottom both and windows for meter reading, locking arrangement (pad-lock & seal) with wiring upto KWH meter & meter to MCB shall be done by using adequately rated flexible single core copper wire. The boards shall be treated with all anticorrosive process before painting as per standards with final approved shade of powder coated as approved, 2 nos. earthing terminals shall be provided for all panels. The boards shall be suitable for 415 V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz supply system. Boards shall be fabricated in length, height, depth etc to match with site conditions.
An approval shall be taken for each panel before manufacturing. Galvanised hardwares with zinc passivation shall be used in fabrication of boards.
