1. The prices quoted and accepted will be binding on the tenderer and valid for a period of Three year from the date of signing the contract.

2. The agency shall be solely responsible for any act of commission and/ or commission on the part of staff deployed.

3. The agency shall be responsible for complying with statutory requirements and obligation at their own costs.

4. Rates quoted by the agency shall be fixed for the duration of the contract period.

5. The bidder having highest number of L1 items in table no.1 (Copy Volume – above 5 Lakh copies per month) will be given 1" chance to match the other items quoted by other bidders as L1. If matched, the bidder will be awarded the contract.

6. Service provider Binding with Detail Terms and Conditions with scope of works as mentioned in Annexure -A

7. The quoted prices shall be inclusive of all charges & taxes.

9. In case of discrepancy between unit price and total price, the unit price shall prevail.
