Earth work in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal upto a lead of 50m dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable matreial and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8 (One cement isto four sand isto eight graded broken/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (Forty millimetres) nominal size mechanically mixed and curing complete including cost of forms work in foundation and plinth within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design, specifications and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weep hole in brick masonary/stone masonry/plain/reinforced concrete abutment wing walls return wall with 100mm dia PVC Pipe extending through the full with the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 and as per the direction and the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals. The rates including Royality, Malkhana, Octroi, toll tax, sale tax or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Brick masonry work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 (Seven point Five) in super structure in Cement mortar 1:5 (One cement : Five coarse sand) including curing complete including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per specifications, approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc.excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:1½:3 (1 cement : 1½ coarse sand) : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)for all works up to plinth levels including carriage of material within all leads, lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Finishing walls with Premium acrylic smooth exterior paint ( Asian/Nerolac/Berger/Dulex) on New work with Two or more coats applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm) of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade complete in all respect and specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, Malkana, Toll tax, sale tax, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government

Finishing with Deluxe Multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using Primer as per manufacturers specifications Painting Steel work with Deluxe Multi Surface Paint to give an even shade.Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr/10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr/10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture complete in all respect and specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 0.60mm (zero point sixty millimeter) thick prepainted steel sheet of TATA-DURASHINE in roofing with hot dipped metallic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RNP) organic coating of 20 microns over 5 microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 microns over 5 microns primer coating i/c fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm dia metre with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accesoriees as required as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. complete in all respect and specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying and stacking of vermicompost at the site of work as per instruction by the Engineer- In-Charge. including carriage of materials ,within all leads lifts and other incidentals as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes, octroi, Malkhana , Toll tax , Goods Service Tax, building and other constrcution worker, welfare cess royalty or any other tax, leavy or cess in respect of input for or output by this contract shall be payable by the contractor and Government shall not entertain any claim whatsoever in this respect of the same.
