Taking down Chowkats or frames not exceeding 1.5 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frames), complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sq. M but not exceeding 4 Sq. M each (Without taking off shutters from the frame), complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pressed steel frames for doors with one or more rebates,1.25mm thk cold rolled mild steel sheet, size of frame 165 x 60mm including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate,etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 35mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with particle board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed

S&F Solid PVC Door Frame of size 100mm x 45mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with M.S. Square tube, fixed in opening as specified in SSR Part I, Section 8 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes far top and bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC “C” channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail; Paneling of plain colour PVC sheets to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles and rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement as per specification & drawing as specified in SSR.

S&F Powder coated Anodised aluminium frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) for doors, windows, ventilators, partitions with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed Note:- Design/pattern, profile sizes and other dimensions shall be of standard sizes and as directed

S&F Powder coated Anodised aluminium frame (minimum thickness of powder coating 50 micron) Anodised aluminium door shutters,aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, handles 2 Nos in each door, hinges,anodised aluminum snap beading screws etc. complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Wire cloth /glass shall be measured and paid separately at SUPPLY only rates under appropiate items. (ii) Labour charges for fixing of wire cloth/glass panes is demeed to be included in unit the quoted rate quoted.

S&F Powder coated Anodised aluminium window and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash bars, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150mm long (1 no.). hinges type B-21 100mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1 no.) complete all as specified complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Glass/Wire Guage shall be measured and paid seperately at supply only rates (ii) Design/pattern, profile sizes and other dimensions shall be of standard sizes and as directed (iii) Fixing of shutters with fittings shall be as per manufacturers instructions.

Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and as directed.
