Providing and laying hot applied thermoplastic road marking compound in approved white shade from reputed manufacturer like Asian paints / Nerolac / Berger for various road marking on bituminous / concrete road surface of specified length and width and 2.5mm thick with spreading reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area using fully automatic extrusion machine and using premelter for melting thermoplastic material including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter, demarcation at site/premarking, finishing and managing the traffic control etc. complete. The thermoplastic paint shall be conforming to IS:164 / BS :3262 /As per morth specificationed work shall be carried out as per IRC: 35-1997. Marking to be done as per technical specifications, detailed drawings, cleaning, labour, material, tools, equipment with incidental cost complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge. NOTE:- 1) Contractor has to submit purchase bill copy of thermoplastic paint from above specified manufacturers to EIC.
