Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc., including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down water etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished smooth even without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls over one coat of chalk white complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for complete removal of existing treatment on existing wall surface and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls over one coat of chalk white, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down Chowkats or frames exceeding 1.5 Sq. M but n exc 4 Sqm each (Without taking off shutters from the frame) and removing away from site complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and removing rubbish off the premises, all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic tiles (450 x 300 x 7-8mm) thick as in skirting/dado/vertical surfaces, including 10 mm thick 1:4 CM etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry provided in colured cement to match the coloured tiles all as specified and directed

Taking down GI tubing 15mm dia with all connection complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 15 mm bore Galvanized Steel tubes, medium grade for flush pipes, water supply pipes etc., fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore chromium plated bib taps, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of drain pipes of any pattern any dia jointed in cement mortar /solvent cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix 75 mm dia PVC pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints laid in trenches or in floors complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F anodised aluminium snap grid frame work of size 605x605mm using main and cross tee of size 15mm x 15mm 1.5mm ( weight not less than 0.12 kg / Rm) and wall angle of size 40mm x 25mm x 2mm ( weight not less than 0.36 kg / Rm) and perforated gypsum board for insulation and accoustic purpose 600mm x 600 mm in size fixed with screws to the aluminium frame work in ceiling with screws to aluminum frame work in ceilings with hanger 6mm dia GI (up to 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slab by means of ceilng cleats made out of GI flat 40x 3mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fastners 12.5mm dia 40mm long complete, including disamantling existing ceiling boards any thickness including cover fillets and removing away from dockyard premises all as specified and as directed.

SCHEDULE 'A' PART-II [ELECTRICAL WORKS]

Taking down copper / aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches,ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets,light fittings etc., removing materials to store for keeping or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately ) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for point wirng surface type in non-metallic FRLS ISI PVC conduit medium grade with 1.5 sq mm size multi stranded fire retardant PVC sheathed FRLS copper conductor cable and PVC insulated FRLS cable of size 1.5 sq mm as earth continuity conductor including clamps, screws gutter / plug etc., with and including sheet steel terrminal board with bakelite 3 mm thick sheet for One light/fan point point controlled by one 5 Amps switch one way
