Cleaning down complete body including fitting and fixture of desert cooler of capacity 4000/5000 Cum/hours of any make with wire including removal of all sludges, loose paint dust, dirt etc and prepared the clean surface for painting, and for applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint inside and out side surfaces and applying two coats rubber seal paint inside the water tank, including rewriting of MES No etc complete all as specified and directed.

Desert cooler motor of three speed, 1400 RPM, 230 volts, copper winding single phase with ring, side legs, necessary bolts and nuts of capacity 1/6 to 1/8 HP including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Capacitor 4 MFD, Single Phase, 440 volt for fan motor of desert cooler with ISI marked including taking down old unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

Servicing of window type Air Conditioner of capacity 1.5/2 TR of any type or make including cleaning of filter on front side by removing dust, cleaning the condenser including fins, blower fan motor and checking/testing of all parts for its serviceability, oiling/greasing to condenser cum blower fan motors, replacing worn-out rubber, bushes/rubber packing, rectification of unusual noise, checking of refrigerant standing pressure, topping of refrigerant upto the required level, replacement of minor parts such as nut/bolt washers etc. and reassembling of complete AC including testing for smooth functioning complete all as specified and directed.Note for serial item No 35.00 & 36.00: (i) Refrigerant Gas required for topping up will be measured and paid separately as supply only under respective item of this Sch 'A' price schedule. Note: (a) Spares required for replacement will be measured and paid seperately under respective items here-in this schedule. (b) The rate quotedby the tenderer include the cost of maint/ servicing of above said plant once in a period of 30-45 days till the date of completion of work specified in WO. (c) Parts required shall be measured and paid under respective item.

Taking down the unserviceable High pressure pump (vertical type) capacity upto 5 HP, 3 Phase, 415 volt, from RO plant, dismantling the pump set, replacement of mechanical water seal as per manufacturer's specification, complete servicing the pump set including replacement of bearing and unserviceable items (lock, etc) as required and reassemling complete and refitting at site complete all as specified and directed.

Dozing pump feeder for injecting PH booster, Antiscalent, Chlorine with dosing rate 6 LPH @ 4 KG/CM2, 400 Max stroke/ Minute complete with all fittings and fixtures in repair complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnection of all pressure tubes from the RO Plant and taking out all membranes from pressure tubes cleaning the same with citric acid (low pH) and solium hyppchloride (high pH) and complete washing with RO water and re-assembling the same complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Pabbels and Gravels, Fine Sand for FRP vessel in lot of 50 Kg bags premixed for filling into vessel FRP/PGV vessel and cleaning the around area and repacking the vessel after filling in new items complete by means of packing and fixing material including labour and testing for appropriate pressure complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and provide (Calcium hypo chloride) 65%-70% chlorine including anti corrosive agent content granular desinfectant for water treatment plants much more stable than chlorine gas & stronger than bleaching powder and sodium hypo chloride packed in 45 Kg drum complete all as specified and directed. Note: Test Certificate from government certified lab for each batch of chlorine to be submited at the time of delivery.

Cutting of bituminous road or any type of floor for laying of pipe not exceeding 1.5 mtr deep including refilling with material and watering well ramming / compacting and making good with PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, 10 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of steel surfaces for electric poles upto 9/11 mtr long extension portion and apply one coat of aluminium paint over full length and marking of pole number and five strips each 30cm wide in black & white colour using synthetic enamel paint upto 1.50mtr height from top of PCC foundation block complete all as specified and directed.

Opening and reassembling of monoblock /centrifugal pump (motor) after rewinding and replacement of worn out spare parts including taking out the burnt winding wire and rewinding of monoblock/ centrifugal pump (motor) of capacity 20/15 HP, Three Phase, 415 volts with new PVC insulated solid copper conductor (wire) superior quality of approved make, size & number of wire as per existing including insulation material, minor spares and replacement of unserviceable spare parts and reassembling the components & testing for function ability, complete, all as specified & directed. Note: (i) The include opening of motor at site for damaging of existing stator winding if found burnt/damaged in front of concerned JE/AGE (E/M) after testing on site before taking to work shop outside MD land and testing of RPM to be done after installation on Ground after rewinding. Motor will be given for repairing as per the site condition and need for repair being maintenance work. (ii) Unit rates shall be deemed to include for all minor spares/extras. The decision of Accepting officer regarding minor spares/extras shall be final, conclusive and binding.

Maintenance and servicing of DG Set of capacity 160 KVA complete including draining out of diesel from tank, cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the chamber, cleaning the chamber thoroughly and refilling the same with new engine oil to required level, replacing the fuel filter (primary and secondary), lubricating oil filter, check & clean air cleaner, change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same, drain the Fuel filter & water separator, filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the unserviceable brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, changing of V-belts, changing hoses and clips of air cleaner, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load & record shall be made in respect of RPM, oil pressure, oil temperature, coolant temperature, voltage, frequency, load current, battery charging, fuel consumption etc. complete all as specified and directed. Notes: (i) DHPP for testing of DG Sets and Engine Oil shall be issued by the department under Sch ‘B' free of cost. (ii) Fuel filter(Primary), Fuel filter(Secondary), oil filter, bypass filter, water filter, air filter, petroleum jelly, fan belt, fuel pipe, Air cleaner elements complete, Battery legs, Governer repair, gasket, nuts, bolts, claimps, cotton west & Minor extra items shall be provided by the contractor and cost thereof is deemed to be included in quoted rates by the tenderer. No extra cost shall be admissible for DG set servicing on this accounts.
