REPAIR/MAINTENANCE OF DG SET WITH AMF PANEL, EOT CRANE, LIGHTNING ARRESTORS/ CONDUCTORS, SOLAR WATER HEATERS, AIR CONDITIONERS, REFRIGERATORS, WATER COOLERS AND ALLIED WORKS AT NAA INCLUDING HOLESWAR AREA UNDER GE (N) TEZPUR

Servicing & Maintenance for DG set of capacity 100 KVA by replacing the following accessories to ensure its satisfactory performance complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge : (a) Replacement of suitable grade Engine Oil and coolant (b) Replacement for Oil filter, fuel filter and Air filter (c) Replacement for water separator (d) Radiator cleaning with chemical (e) Replacement for change of fuel pipe (f) Replacement for change of fan belt size (g) Replacement for change of hose pipe with clamp Note :- (i) 'B' checks shall be carried out by OEM of company. Certification of the same shall be submitted to Engnr-in-charge. (ii) BLANK (iii) Labour & transportation shall be arranged by contractor at his/her own cost. (iv) Serviceable drain out engine oil and fuel of DG set shall be reused after cleaning. (v) Make of DG set to be repaired : KIRLOSKAR/ CUMMINS /GREAVES/ASHOK LEYLAND or any other make. (vi) Maintenance of DG set to be carried out as per manufacturers instructions and by qualified service engineer of DG set service center. (vii) Materials/Spare parts/Lub oil required for above maintenance shall be measured and paid seperately under repective items as "Supply only Materials".

Description all as per items No 01 here-in-before but DG set of capacity 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge.

Supply only of Lub Oil of specific grade (20W40 or Eqv.) for carrying maintenance under serial item No-1 above complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge. Make-Kirloskar/ Servo pride(IOC)/Castrol/Veedol or Equivalent.

Supply only of Premix Coolent of radiater water for carrying maintenance under serial item No-1 above complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge. Make-Kirloskar/ Servo pride(IOC)/Castrol/Veedol or Equivalent.

Supply only of Lub Oil filter element with 'O' ring, for carrying maintenance for the DG set capacities 100 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge.

Supply only of Lub Oil filter element with 'O' ring, for carrying maintenance for the DG set capacities 62.5 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge.

Supply only of Lub Oil filter element with 'O' ring, for carrying maintenance for the DG set capacities 15 KVA DG set complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge.

Supply only of Fuel filter element with 'O' ring, for carrying maintenance for the DG set of capacities 100 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge.

Supply only of Fuel filter element with 'O' ring, for carrying maintenance for the DG set of capacities 62.5 KVA complete all as specified and directed by Engnr-in-charge.
