Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 kN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, stone screening/ binding materials to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 1 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 by Mechenical Means including carriage of materials through all modes of transportaion with in all leads and lifts as per directions of the Engineer-In-Cherge.

(Zero point eight five Kilogramme) per square metre on the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specifications clause of 502 including carriage of materials, plants/equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-I) using emulsion pressure distributor @ 0.275 kg (Zero point two seven five Kilogramme) per square metre of the prepared dry and hungry bituminous surface cleaned with Hydraulic broom as per Technical Specifications of clause 503 including carriage of materials, plants/equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

Providing and rolling of open-graded premix carpet of 20mm (twenty milimetres) thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6 mm ( thirteen point two milimetre to five point six milimetre) coursed stone aggregates using paving bitumen @ 0.27 (Zero point two seven ) cubic metre per ten square metre(VG-10) grade 14.6 (forteen point six) kilogramme per ten square metre to required lines. Grades and levels to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, laying and rolling with a three wheel static roller 80-100 KN capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of Type B as per Technical Specifications of Ministry of rural Development 2004 Clause 508,including carriage of materials, plants/equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.

Providing and laying seal coat with bitumen (VG-10), grade @ 6.80 (six point eight zero) kilogramme per ten squaremetre and coursed sand @ 0.06 (zero point zero six) cubic metre per ten square metre sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fall /camber using IRC Type B, as per Technical Specifications of Ministry of rural Development 2004 Clause 510. including carriage of materials, plants/equipments by all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts and as per directions of The Engineer – in – Charge complete.
