M & L for painting of HT/LT panel of any description with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of standard colour code over the existing painted surfaces after preparing the old painted surfaces by using spray gun all as directed.

Repair works to submersible motorpump set having capacity 7.5HP 3 phase 415 volts, shifting to the civil workshop for removing of burnt windings, bearing etc, including cleaning the slots, rewinding with new stove enamelled copper wire as per existing size, including changing of bearings, etc , and installation, testing complete as per manufacturer's instruction with entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. Note- Rate quoted shall be inclusive of cost of spares as required for repair work.

Disconnecting existing water/electric connections, dismantling unservicable electric Motor pump set having capacity 5 HP 3 Phase, opening carefully, taking out old burnt windings, cleaning of solts of motor stator and rotor complete, rewinding the same with super enamelled winding wire of existing gauge/size as per exisitng pattern with proper insulating material apply two coats of varnish and heating of windings reassemble the motor with proper sealing, including necessary lathe work to made the pump high efficiency, etc. refixing the same location, including necessary plumbing work, etc., testing and commissioning of motor pump set on full load to the entire satifcation of the Engineer-in-Charge.

M/L for Maintenance and servicing of standby DG Set 100 KVA complete including draining out of diesel from tank , cleaning the tank thoroughly and refilling the drained out diesel, draining out engine oil from the sump, cleaning the sump thoroughly and refilling the sump with new engine oil to it’s required level, replacing the fuel filter, lubricating oil filter , check & clean air cleaner , change air cleaner elements, check coolant level & make up the same ,drain the fuel filter & water separator ,filling the starting batteries with electrolyte/distilled water to maintain the required specific gravity, replace the u/s brass connectors for batteries, cleaning of battery terminals & applying petroleum jelly to battery terminal posts & brass connectors, including M & L for V Belts, checking of exhaust leakage, governor, breathers etc, adjust/set the same for proper functioning of DG Set, checking of fuel, oil and water/ coolant level etc, adjusting and keeping the fan belts to the desired tension, tightening all the bolts and nuts to the required torque etc, cleaning the DG Set with accessories as prescribed by the manufacturer and test for satisfactory running of DG set for two hour at connected load and record shall be made in respect of RPM , oil pressure ,oil temperature ,coolant temperature, voltage , frequency , load current , battery charging , fuel consumption etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge for 100 KVA DG set.Make: Kirloskar. Note :- 1 (a). Engine oil for refilling will be measured and paid for separately (b). Coolant for make up will be measured & paid for separately (c). Testing will be carried out in presence of Engineer - in - charge and DHPP consumption will be entered in PRRB. (d). The Make of Fuel filter , Oil Filter , V belt & component will be as per manufactures recommendations ( Rate of fuel filter, oil filter, air filter and V belt shall deem to be included in quoted rate.)

(e) Charges for Major repairs / top overhauling of engine, rewinding of alternator, alternator major overhauling due to normal wear & tear will be out of scope of the work. However the damages caused due to negligence of the contractor will be made good without any extra cost by the contractor. Cost of minor spares required for proper operation of DG set and Control panel shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted. (f) U/s spares shall be measured under Schedule of Credit.

Repairs & Overhauling of radiator assembly by dismantling from engine transporting to the workshop and removing the sediments and scales, corrosion etc by means of acid, cleaning and high pressure water washing and air cleaning, gas welding / soldering with good quality material for stopping the leakage etc, re-assembling the same with new gaskets and transporting to the site, fixing to the engine with hoses, clips complete to the entire satisfaction of engineer - in - charge as required for 100 KVA DG set.

Dismatling and removing fuel injection pump (FIP) of capacity of 100 KVA DG Set and taking out it to authorised workshop and replacing unserviceable element, delivery valve, balance wait, lever, bearing after repairing fixing to the engine testing for satisfactory function all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Repairs to dynamo / alternator including removing from position remove the burntout armature , clean the internal surfaces , servicing, supply and fix new armature with brushes and brush holder , necessary lathe work with bushes etc all as directed

Disconnecting the existing battery of capacity 12V / 180 AH from the DG set, taking it to battery workshop, draining out the complete unserviceable electrolyte acid from the battery, filling up with new Electrolyte acid to the required level, charging the battery, testing the battery for correct specific gravity, bringing back to the location, connecting to DG set, start the engine for satisfactory function all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Repairs to 24 V battery charging alternator assembly by removing, dismantling, replacing the unserviceable burnt rotor and stator assembly, assembly reaffixing to the engine and testing for satisfactory charging of battery all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of Dry cell tubular type 12 V , 180 AH and initial charging complete including inbuilt charger including required electrolite /distilled water etc and fixing as required at site to the concerned DG Set all as directed.Make : EXIDE

Painting of the 100 KVA capacity DG set after preparing the external surface, apply one coat of spray painting by superior quality enamel paint of appropriate colour for engine, alternator, connected panel, base frame, radiator, battery stand, and cleaning the meter panel writting of MES No etc all as directed.
