Providing and fixing Aluminium work for Doors, Windows, Ventilators and Partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixing with dash fasteners of required dia and size, including necessary filling up the gaps at junctions, i.e. at top, bottom and sides with required EPDM rubber/ neoprene gasket etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, free, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminium snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For Shutters of doors, windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provision for fixing of fittings wherever required including the cost of EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket required (Fittings shall be paid for separately) Polyester powder coated aluminium (minimum thickness of polyester powder coating 50 micron) ( D S R 21.1.2.3 )

Providing and fixing 12 mm thick Prelaminated particle board flat pressed three layer or graded wood particle board conforming to IS: 12823 Grade l Type ll, in panelling fixed in aluminum doors, windows shutters and partition frames with C.P. brass / stainless steel screws etc. complete as per architectural drawings and directions of Engineer-in-charge. Pre-laminated particle board with decorative lamination on both sides ( D S R 21.2.2. )

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partitions etc. with EPDM rubber / neoprene gasket etc. complete as per the architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge . (Cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item): With float glass panes of 5.00 mm thickness ( D S R 21.3.2. )

Providing and fixing 100mm brass locks (best make of approved quality) for aluminium doors including necessary cutting and making good etc. complete. ( D S R 21.13. )

Providing and fixing aluminium round shape handle of outer dia 100 mm with SS screws etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-incharge. Polyester powder coated minimum thickness 50 micron Aluminium ( D S R 21.16.3

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade: Two or more coats on new work. ( 2018 D S R , 13.60.1. )

Providing and Fixing Office Partition made out of FRAME work using 16 mm BWR QUALITY ( IS 303 grade ) plywood at suitable spacing both horizontally and vertically, Commercial plywood 16 mm thick B W R grade ( IS 303 Grade ) of approved make is fixed on Both side of the frame work with screws of necessary size fixing the partition to wall/ floor including making hole in the concrete / masonry wall with necessary S S Hold Fasts, L Clamps or SS screws of necessary size, Providing Teak wood beading of of size 50 x 20 mm on all the exposed edges of the partition , Providing surface covered by suitable thickness Decorative Laminated Sheets with Texture Finish using suitable adhesive ( Heatex or Equivalent ) including sealing all the joints and holes all as per the approved drawings and Direction of the Engineer in Charge .

Providing and Fixing plywood Back ground panel made out of FRAME work using 16 mm BWR QUALITY ( IS 303 grade ) plywood at suitable spacing both horizontally and vertically, including making hole in the concrete/ masonry wall, with necessary SS hold fasts or SS screws of necessary size. Then Commercial plywood 12 mm thick B W R grade ( IS 303 Grade ) of approved make is fixed to the Exposed side of the frame work with screws of necessary size , all the exposed surface covered by suitable thickness Decorative Laminated Sheets with Texture Finish using suitable adhesive ( Heatex or Equivalent ) including sealing all the joints and holes all as per the approved drawings and Direction of the Engineer in Charge .

Supplying fabricating and erecting in position FILE STORAGE RACK of 2.40 M x 1.50 M x 0.40 M by using 12mm / 16 mm / 18 mm thick commercial ply wood board conforming to IS : 303 BWR Grade , 16 mm thick 7 nos for vertical members, 18 mm thick 4 racks horizontal and 12 mm thick for back covring ,Providing 16 mm thick Shutters using piano hinges,providing II ND CLASS TEAK WOOD Lipping to all edges of the ply wood and corners, all Exposed surface should be covered with 1 mm thick approved quality Decorative Laminated sheets using suitable addhessive ( Heatex or Equivalent ) , All Internal surface painted with 2 coat of Synthetic Enamel over a coat of primer after sealing all the holes and joints using putty , providing approved quality Cup board Locks and Handles etc. complete all as per the approved drawings and direction of the Engineer in charge.
