Construction of Flood Embankment on River Nalia right from Susua to Rajuali Bindha (Tiadisahi) from RD 5.900KM to RD 12.100KM

Clearing & grubbing shrub, jungles including uprooting stumps of trees and trees below 1.0 m. girth and thick bushes including bamboo clamps based on pre-measurement disposing the debris away from the work site with all leads, lifts and delifts with cost of all labour, hiring and running charges of all machineries, cess but excluding GST,etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of approved soil from approved borrow area by mechanical means with all leads, lifts and delifts including loading into the transportation vehicles and unloading from transported vehicles and depositing the same on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface including rough dressing and breaking the clods to maximum 5cm. to 7cm. ,laying in layers not exceeding 22.50cm including removal of roots, shrub jungles, bushes and all foreign debries from the earth and benching the old embankment, sectioning, cambering the earth work, quality control test including construction , maintenance, watering, dewatering and lighting of haul roads and borrow area including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all incidental charges required for the completion of work, complete in all respect including cost of royalty with labour cess, DMF, EMF,with additional charge but excluding GST as per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section .Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his cost and responsibility)

Watering earth work and compaction with all types of compacts equipments under OMC conditions to attain minimum proctor dry density of 95.00% for all heights of banks and slopes with required quality control test including mobilization and demobilization of men and machineries and all incidental charges required for the completion of work, complete in all respect including cost of royalty with labour cess, but excluding GSTas per approved drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.( Measurement shall be taken on finished compacted section .Borrow area is to be arranged by the agency at his cost and responsibility)

Earthwork in excavation of canal by Mechanical means in all kinds of soil including sand, silt, loam clay mud, stiff and hard clay, hard red earth, shale, stoney earth, gravel, moorum interspread with boulder upto 1/2 cum volume, including trimming the slopes and bed to proper profile and transporting useful excavated materials by mechanical means and laying on properly prepared and scientifically approved surface of bank of canal in filling section and spreading the earth in 22.5 cm thick to receive compaction if required useful excavated material for reuse afterward as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge and unuseful soil in spoil bank as required with all leads, lifts, delifts, loading and unloading including cost component and maintenance of coffer dam, diversion arrangement, dewatering and removal of the same after completion of the work including the cost of tools and plants, all materials, all taxes, labour cess, but excluding GST with mobilization and demobilization maintenance charges with all incidental charges to complete the item of work as per design, drawing, specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level section only)

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying blasted hard granite stone boulder of at least 30 cm and above size and 0.028 cum in volume from approved quarry (other than laterite, sand stone) dumping the stones in rip raps, spur, and slope protection works including surface packing in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones ,wedging and packing surface to proper line levels including fixing wave breakers with all cost, conveyance, labour, royalty, cess,DMF, EMF,with additional charge but excluding GST other charges as applicable of all materials of approved quality with all leads, lifts, delifts including dumping in water, hire charges of boat with boatman and, lunch with driver and all other incidental charges etc. complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge.(Measurement to be taken in level section & 1/6th voids will be deducted from the finished level section and payment will be made to the quantity so arrived between the stack measurement and level section after deduction of 1/6th voids, which ever is less)

Quarrying, Collecting, supplying blasted hard granite stone boulder of 15 cm to 30 cm size from approved quarry free from weather skin surface and other deleterious materials, packing the stones in rip raps and slope protection works in river embankments to required profile in all heights and depths including filling the interstices with small stones, wedging and hammering with 5Kg. hammer including fixing wave breakers with all cost, conveyance, labour, royalty, cess, DMF, EMF,with additional charge but excluding GST as applicable, hire and running charges of machineries and transportation of all materials of approved quality with all leads, lifts, delifts handling and re-handling charges including all other incidental charges required to complete the work as per the specification and direction of the Engineer-in-charge. (Measurement will be taken on finished level sections)

Quarrying, collecting, supplying and stacking of good quality of moorum and sand in regular box heap size of 1.50m X 1.50m X 0.50m to be measured as one cum and admixing moorum and sand in (70 : 30) proportion and laying in sub-base of road in layers not exceeding 150 mm thick with all leads, lifts and delifts including cost, conveyance, royalty, cess,DMF, EMF,with additional charge but excluding GST DMF, EMF, other charges as applicable, watering and compaction to required density in OMC condition with P.R.R., hire and running charges of machineries etc.complete as per specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Earth work in excavation of foundation in hard soil by manual/mechanical means including levelling and dressing the bed and depositing the excavated earth away from the working area with all leads, lifts, delifts, cost of labour, cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling foundation and plinth with sand by mechanical/manual means and laying in layers duly compacted, watering including cost, carriage, royalty with all leads, lifts, delifts, cess, DMF, EMF,with additional charge but excluding GST etc all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing double under reamed pile foundation of 375 mm dia driven to design depth from ground level made of RCC M25 grade using 20 mm downgraded size black CBHG chips including cost of boring using 16 mm dia main bars 6 nos. and 8 mm dia ring c/c 20 mm dia but including the cost of steel and labour charges for cutting, bending and binding of steel including curing for specified period with cost, conveyance, royalty, cess, DMF, EMF,with additional charge but excluding GST etc.all complete as per drawing and specification and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-25 grade in approved surface using 20 mm size and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) chips and sharp sand of approved grading from approved quarry for RCC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess,DMF, EMF,with additional charge but excluding GST as applicable including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing & laying cement concrete conforming to M-15 grade in approved surface using 20 mm size and down graded black hard granite (crusher broken) chips and sharp sweet sand of approved grading from approved quarry for CC work conforming to specification, mixing by concrete mixture including hoisting and laying concrete in position, compacting with concrete vibrator with all leads, lifts, delifts for mix concrete, royalty of all materials, cess,DMF, EMF,with additional charge but excluding GST, other charges as applicable including dewatering, curing for specified days by suitable means with supervision charges including mobilization and demobilization with cost of construction and dismantling of gangway and scaffolding, chute with all materials, construction of coffer dam / approach road, diversion road, site illumination, hire and running charges of machineries, dewatering by suitable means required for the work as per approved drawing and specification complete with all cost as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, straightening, cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills using uncoated HYSD bars cutting, bending of designed diameters and placing in position for fabrication and fixing the reinforcement grills including laps, ties, providing chairs and welding whenever necessary with all leads, lifts and delifts with all labour, cess but excluding GST complete including cost, conveyance of steel and binding wires complete and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and fixing of Weep Holes in Brick Masonry / Plain Concrete / RCC in abutment, wing wall and return wall etc. with 100 mm Dia AC pipes extending through full width of structure in slope of 1V:20H towards drawing face using cement mortar (1:3) with cost of all materials, T & P,curing, royalty, cess but excluding GSTetc. all complete as per drawing and technical specification and direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, fixing and fitting in position of RCC (Non-pressure) NP3 of 1200 mm dia hume pipes and filling in joints using cement mortar (1:3) with Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm and down graded hard granite crusher broken coarse aggregates complete including cost, carriage of hume pipe, cost of labour, curing, cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying , fixing and fitting in position of RCC (Non-pressure) NP3 of 600 mm dia hume pipes and filling in joints using cement mortar (1:3) with Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm and down graded hard granite crusher broken coarse aggregates complete including cost, carriage of hume pipe, cost of labour, curing, cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supplying, laying , fixing and fitting in position of RCC (Non-pressure) NP3 of 300 mm dia hume pipes and filling in joints using cement mortar (1:3) with Reinforced Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12 mm and down graded hard granite crusher broken coarse aggregates complete including cost, carriage of hume pipe, cost of labour, curing, cess but excluding GST etc. complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Rigid and smooth steel cantering and shuttering at all heights of bridge work such as well curb, well staining, well cap, pier and abutment shaft, pier and abutment cap, wing wall, tie beam, road kerb and dirt wall using required nos. of vertical and horizontal supports of scaffolding with joists, N.G. rails and channels and steel shuttering plates including welding, bolting, cost, conveyance, and cost of scaffolding gangway etc. including cost of conveyance of but excluding GST dismantling and disposing debris clear of work site complete to receive reinforcement grills and concrete as per requirement as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Rigid & smooth centring, shuttering for CC works including false works and dismantling them after casting including proper curing with cost, carriage, cess but excluding GSTetc. all complete as per specification and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
