PROVIDING GENERAL MAINTENANCE AND HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES AT BPCL HOUSING COMPLEX, JAWAHAR NAGAR, BHARATPUR

TERMS & CONDITIONS 1. The contractor to provide his representatives for execution of job. 2. The contractor is to maintain records of attendance of his representatives the wage paid to them, leave sanction to the workers, advance given to them. 3. The contractor should maintain the register of disbursement of wages to their employee. 4. The contractor should pay the salary to their employee on or before 7th of next month failing of which salary will be paid to them by corporation through other contractor working in the depot. And there shall be penalty of 20 % of the contract amount plus the wages payable to the employee. 5. The contractor has to pay minimum wages to his representatives as per the Central-State-Local- government guide lines.(Even in rise of minimum wages upto 10% contractor will pay to the workers). Contractor has to maintain attendance register and payment register with payment received from workers signed on revenue stamp or thumb impression. 6. The contractor will abide by the laws of the land existing & may be framed from time to time by state / central government/ local authorities or any other competent authority are applied against the contractor or any of the person employed by the contractor, the contractor shall be liable for the same & indemnify Corporation against any such claim & liabilities arise for. 7. The contractor has to maintain the EPF/ESI account code and he has to submit the same to the Corporation. The monthly Bill shall be produced along with proof of EPF/ESI being submitted to the competent authorities. Failing which company shall not be liable to pay any amount to the contractor. 8. The contractor or his representatives to follow the safety guidelines of the Corporation while in the premises (Uniform, Safety Helmet, Identity Card (ISSUD BY CONTRACTOR) & safety Shoes are compulsory). 9. The contractor or his representative would not commit any act of indiscipline in the premises or indulge in any activity prejudicial to the interest of the Corporation. 10. The contractor shall be liable to pay any damage or compensation for any death or injury caused to the person (s) engaged by him as his representative for rendering the services under this contract, either under the Workman Compensation Act or any Act in force at that time. 11.
