Dismantling of mild steel work of any description not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) each not exceeding 0.50 Cum getting out returning filling in ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance of not exc 50M and making good surfaces in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for PCC 1:4:8 typeD2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for providing precast reinforced cement concrete type B1 1:2:4 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc., for fencing, average sectional area not exc 100 Sqcm with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitered tops as directed and fixed complete all as specified and as directed [Note: Reinforcement will be measured and paid separately]

Material & labour for Mild steel deformed or twisted bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia, complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down precast cement concrete jalli of any size in any position complete all as specified and as directed

Material & labour for Precast Reinforced Cement concrete Type B0 (Using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate)50 mm thick Jallies or louvers including all mouldings and reinfocement complete and set in Cement Mortar 1:4, and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F chain link fencing made out of 4.0 mm dia galvanised iron, wire of mesh size 100 mm x 100 mm, made into mattress or cages, straining and fixing to RCC post including provn of 10 mm dia MS round bars as line wire welded to fencing post (MS rounded bars / MS flat shall be measured as paid separately under resptective items in this Schedule).

MS flat iron of any size conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 cut to required size as in flat iron fillets for fixing chain link fencing with clamp etc. complete including drilling holes,t complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix mild steel screw bolts of 5 to 10mm dia of shank (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and scewed the other each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagoal or square nut, eceedinng 10cm and not exceeding 15cm complete all as specified and as directed

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar including removal of bedries outside of Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for brick work with sub class `B` brick straight or curved on plain exceeding 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick walls etc., including racking out joints hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:3 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. [Note :- Supply only WPC will be measured and paid saperately.]

Material & labour preparing new steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying for two coats of synthetic enemal paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for two coat of white wash including preparing of new plastered surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour Cement concrete work in pavement/hard-standing of flexural strength 40Kg/per square centimetre in filled using 400Kg of cement per cubic metre,thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and and removing the debries to a distance 5km away from the Dockyard premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for 25mm thick cement concrete type 'B-1' 1:2:4 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match laid over and including screed bed in CM 1:6 , 15mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for coloured glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450X350X7 mm thick in dado set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match fixed over including rendering in CM 1:4, 10mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of white wash on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No 28.00 above but on ceiling.

Preparation of old decorated surfaces and applying one coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of weather proof exterior emulsion paint on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for roughening of old concrete floor/ pavement etc., by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust etc., and brushing neat cement slurry with 3.0Kg of cement per square metre before laying new concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any descriptions over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.
