Plain Cement Concrete (1:2:4)prop. nominal mix using 6mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate(sand), coarse aggregate, water etc., to site including seigniorage charges, sales & other taxes on all materials and including all labour charges and mixing, laying concrete in position, curing, lift charges etc., complete for finished item of work. -SF

Providing and applying Altek Luppam or lime punning of average 1 to 2 mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth after thoroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials, applying emery paper, Sand the surface, clean & wipe off loose dust, applying knifing paste filler by Luppy knife air dry for 2 - 3 hrs, sand papering with 180 and 320 No., emery paper for the surface preparation including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational, incidental, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work for Internal walls

Painting to new walls with 3 coat of ready mixed oil bound wasable distemper of approved brand and shade in all to give an even shade after throughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materals including cst and conveyance of all materials to work site and all operational incidental labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work as per SS 911 for internal walls.

Painting to old walls with two coats of synthetic enamel paint II nd grade of approved brand and shade including cost and conveyance of all materials to site cost of primer coat and all labour charges etc. complete including applying sand paper on lappam coats for neat finish including sales & other taxes on cost of all materials etc. complete in all floors.

Carting the debries with a lead of 10KM by machanical means including loading & unloading and all incidental and operational charges, labour charges etc., complete for finished item of work.

Providing STAGE SCAFFOLDwith staging using Cosurina balli props and bracings supporing wooden brackets, wooden stage scaffolding boards including hire charges for Casurina ballies, wooden boards, scaffolds etc., and cost and conveyance of all other consumable accessories, taxes etc., complete for finished item of work for PLAIN AREA.
