Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of precast concrete articles and precast concrete block walling including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc built in cement mortar of any description not other specifically provided for etc complete all as specified and directed

Dismantling of Stone sett paving of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or laid dry and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete type-C-1 block masonary with solid blocks 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) exc. 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar (1:6), complete all as specified & directed.

M&L rendering 15mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar (1:6) finished even & smooth without using extra cement on brick/concrete surfaces.

M&L for two coats of cement based paint on newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation of surfaces.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6. type C-2 (using 40mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for coloured chequered cement concrete tiles 300x300x25mm thick, with grey cement pigments, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors including 15 thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) complete all as specified & directed

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block of size 100x100x55-60 mm of texture of cobble stone pattern conforming to IS 15658-2006, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment over 25 mm thick sand cushion complete all as specified and directed. (Note sand cushion measured and paid separately)

M&L for Sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregates ) as in coping complete all as specfied and directed.

Note : Deduction for amount of Rs. 7625.00 as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Schedule of Credit) shall be made while awarding of contract.
